Subway

I have a soft spot for subway. When I was a broke college student, I would get subway almost everyday. The Italian herbs and cheese bread is my favorite. I had a coupon to try the rotisserie chicken, the meat was dry.
I usually get the meat ball, chicken breast, or the turkey. I love how they brought back the $ 3.50 6 inch sandwich of the day. The cookies are pretty amazing but the prices went up to .75 cent for one. I use to get 3 for a $ 1.25.

I’ve gone to this location a number of times but today will be my (and my family’s) last time ever going. I came in today a good 15 – 20 minutes after 11 am. I should have left/​asked for a new loaf of bread when the girl who made my sandwich (receipt says Cintya. she wears glasses) cut the bread extremely unevenly. But I let it slide. I asked for oven roasted chicken (which wasn’t even out on the counter yet. despite being well after opening) and instead of waiting for the chicken to cook to start my sandwich, she started asking what cheese and vegetables I wanted. She seemed to be in a HUGE hurry despite me being the only other customer in line. Some guy was in front of me but already had his sandwich being made by someone else. When she asked what sauce I wanted I reminded her that I wanted an oven roasted chicken sandwich. She said she knew and was waiting for it to cook. She squeezed a meager amount of creamy sirracha (didn’t even bother to shake it) and then THREW the oven roasted chicken in the sandwich. She couldn’t even close the sandwich correctly because of how horrible she cut it. She didn’t even cut the two halves of the footlong completely. If I didn’t have places to be I would have left and not paid for it. The cashier seemed to be too busy flirting with the guy in front of me in line and the girl who made my sandwich seemed to care more about him than making my order. I won’t be going back and I’ve already contacted corporate. It was a messy, horrible looking sandwich and it didn’t even taste that great.

I don’t like to write bad reviews but this has to be said! I ordered the 12 inch tuna deluxe with honey oat. Thankfully, I only ate half! Half an hour later, I started feeling nauseated and burping consistently! Followed by diarrhea! This was hours ago and I’m still having the same symptoms right now. I know it’s not what I ate for breakfast because no one else in my family had a tummy ache or any other side effects. I also had my usual cup of coffee and that’s it. I remember when I was ordering, they didn’t have enough tuna and took a new batch after. I’m only assuming that the previous batch was old! Never ordering subways again.

I ordered online for the first time and when I got home my broccoli cheddar soup was barely half way full! I definitely did not get my money’s worth. Oh and on other occasions they’ve lied and said they’re out of soup and I know for a fact they had some in the back, it’s not like they have to go make everything by hand all they had to do was just stick it in the microwave… Tsk tsk plain laziness
On the flip side their veggies are always fresh.

I normally don’t Unilocal about services or places, I had the worst customer experience at this Subway. Would never go back here and the people that were there today working are terrible. I guess that explains why they work at Subway, never going back.

One of the most cleanest, comfortable Subways around me. They have all the ingredients I like and they are friendly.

This subway suck. It have no restroom and service suck. I told them it for here and the employee just give me a back for togo. The wraping is horrible. They did not do a layer wrap so when u open the first subway wrap everything become a disaster. Another this it is next to a laundry and this laundry sting. So if u were to sit outside it just horrible. I got no clue why this subway got such a high review but it definitely a worse one in the area.

Definitely healthy if you choose the right ingredients.

The staff here is very good. They’re always on it and very friendly, especially the «person in charge» managers.

I usually come here all the time, until recently. Last time I ate here, I had horrible service and was treated like crap by the employees. This subway has terrible customer service.

This is my favorite Subway (yes, they are all different enough to pick favorites). Always fast, always friendly, always fresh.

Decent staff that always greets when you walk in, fast service every time I get the chance to stop by. I am not a snob and just tell them however the sandwich comes and they place the right items in the sandwich.
It’s only a sandwich but not like other subways where they don’t have a clue what items go on a certain sandwich.
Small parking lot but I always find a spot.

went here recently for subtember $ 5 footlongs. its under new management, clean, seems to have been remodeled. I got the oven roasted chicken and did the usual spinach for lettuce swap. i noticed some of the spinach was a bit too dark and wilted but didn’t say anything. should have because i got a serious stomach ache.

I didn’t expect to be waiting for half an hour on a six inch sub when I ordered, but it seems that this subway has a reputation for inefficient service. The deli meats and vegetable selections had run out of stock, and the cashier was unequipped to handle the register mistake he’d made with the gentlemen’s order ahead of me, both issues causing a large line of customers, not even at rush or lunch hour. And even then, we weren’t offered an apology or friendly service. I won’t be returning.

My favorite subway in the la area. My favorite is tuna. Great service and great outdoor eating space. A+

these guys are always the nicest people of any subway, every time I come here — doesn’t matter who’s working or if the manager’s there or not. MUCH better than other subways I’ve been to

No bathroom at this location. But I keep coming back because the manager is really a nice guy. Go Gerardo.

Subway … the healthiest fast food around. I’m in and out fairly quickly and get the sandwhich create in a timely fashion.
The staff was friendly enough but what do you expect from a fast food joint? The usual small talk and I’m out the door.

Went here yesterday for a quick lunch on my way to the TJ’s down the street. I try never to grocery shop on an empty tummy!
The guy behind the counter seemed a little brain dead, but at least he gave me what I wanted in my sammich. It was a 6 inch turkey on 9 grain wheat with lots of veggies and vinegar/​mustard and tiny bit of light mayo. Homeboy couldn’t even pass me the sandwich from the far side of the counter after ringing me up. At least the receipt had coupons on the back!
The sandwich hit the spot though I am beginning to lose my positivity for Subway as a chain. If I don’t actively try not to, I start to wonder what weird filler crap is in this bread and meat, especially after reading some of the threads!
