Gabriela is so f-ing retarded and can’t even remember chips or the difference between guac vs avocado. The last thing I need to see is el pollo nasty looking guac on my salad that I didn’t ask for after a 12 hour shift at work. What an amazing experience. Maybe if they hired people who spoke English it would have been expedited correctly. Yea i said it. Fuckin ENGLISHHHHHH.

Came to this place and I didn’t experience what other people in the reviews experienced, The cashier Oscar was excellent he spoke English and Spanish and he saved me some money on getting a better deal. But not just him, the manager Jorge is always a must to talk to always makes you feel like home and keeps a little conversation, Great manager! The chicken was great ! I believe the cooks name is Rasco he never disappoints! This is a great restaurant, good service, never have bad vibes on employees.

I Have been a fan of El Pollo Loco for many many many years! You could say that I at one point or another have ate there 3 to 4 times a week. I haven’t been eating out do to changes in my eating habits I decided to treat myself on Friday 08,2016 little did I know that it would be a horrible experience. I asked for a taco salad and when I got my food I was told there where out of dressing? So I decided to change my order to a 2 piece meal. The way the manger Ana handled it was the worst she grabbed the bag with the tostada salad which was not touched by me and tossed it into the trash can and I mean tossed it! It made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespect in a way that was so inhuman. The manger was very unprofessional and in a rush. Then I go grab my drink already feeling bad and there out of cherry coke I mean not what I expected and really made me realize that eating out is not such a great Idea or at least not at this location! Very un satisfy!

Garbage food and customer service, nothing but unprossional people. The nastiest El pollo loco i have been to. Their baja shomp tacos only has 3 shrimp ea. In them, and guess how much 6 shrimp cost? 10 bucks!!! The food was nasty because who wants a cabbage, sour cream taco.

While I usually enjoy El Pollo Loco, this place appears to be poorly managed and going down hill. My last couple of visits have been similar. Both times were later in the evening(around 8pm) — the place was nearly empty, however, there wasn’t a clean table in the place and the floor was a mess as well. The chicken was dry and the accompanying rice was way over done. If you want El Pollo Loco, find another location — it’s worth the drive, since they are generally pretty good!

This El Pollo Loco is horrible. The reviews are not exaggeration. They give me all rice in my pöllö bowl. Every other pöllö Loco is better than this and they give me lots of chicken. Just go somewhere else

Bruhhhhh… This is what I thought to myself when I asked for vitamin water and the guy gives me light lemonade. I automatically noticed that it wasn’t vitamin water when he gave me my drink. I asked him about the vitamin water I asked for and he said that they«ran out». I’m thinking bullshit but I say ok I’ll take Sprite instead. I knew the employee was full of shit so I parked my car walked in and Bam! The guy lied. I poured out my cup and filled it with vitamin water. I love el pollo loco but this was some bullshit.

I do love the food at El Pollo Loco but unfortunately this location, being the closest to me, is the worst one I have ever been too. Every time I order at drive thru, they get my order wrong. Even though I have them repeat my order back to me, I don’t notice the error until I’m home. Today it was that I ordered a 3-piece combo and only 2 pieces in my meal even though I was charged for 3. I don’t have the time or the energy to march back to this place to fix my order. Today I noticed they had a complaint number at the bottom of my receipt and I decided to give that a try… Waste of time — after almost 10 minutes on hold, no representative ever answered my call. Again waste of time and energy. I just give up now. I will no longer support this business.

Honestly the people who work here do not even try. Including the management i presume. I’ve been to the drive thru 4 times and the they get it wrong every single time and they are obnoxious while taking your order as an added bonus. I’m done. I like el pollo loco because it is easy and one can eat a little healthily off their menu if one tries but no more el pollo loco for me. If corporate can’t be bothered to fix this dump given how bad the reviews are then I can’t be bothered to choose el pollo loco anymore.

Jeezuz it’s like this location purposely tries to make you experience terrible. It’s hot as heck, I decide to come out get a salad and some chicken combo. Get home anxious to eat and no salad dressing, I mean seriously. Do you think I wanna get in my car and come back just to get dressing? Now this salad is a crapy experience to eat dry, wow. Please corporate, clean house on management and bring somebody who at least cares about the franchise name instead of turning it into a hole in a wall that can’t get an order right. Smh so upsetting, salad and no dressing. Thanks again.

What a horrible Pollo loco. Simply the worst. The drive through window is disgustingly dirty. I guarantee you that half of your chicken will be burnt. They take your order at the speaker, then by the time you get to the window all you hear is a bunch of angry employees yelling at each other in Spanish. They obviously didn’t realize I speak Spanish because the nasty words they were using even made me blush. But the worst is that crud covered drive though window. Yuck!

Mango avocado«hand carved» salad. Not only is this salad super sloppy, there’s no mango in it. My boyfriend ordered nachos to go and they forgot the cheese. This is horrible. What’s nachos with no cheese. The manager needs to get fired for allowing this.

This is my least favorite El Pollo Loco. I was there about a week ago. I pull up to the drive thru and try placing my order. I had to repeat it about 10 times till she got it right. You pretty much have to yell at the damn thing in order for them to hear you. I am sitting there waiting for the cars to start moving when she says they can only sell me 1 chicken breast. They don’t have any more legs or breasts. I can get thighs if I want. I said no thank you just cancel my order. She then had an attitude with me because I refuse to get thighs! Thankfully I had no one behind me in the drive thru and got out of there.
