How do you go from a 5 to a 2 in 4 months? You do it again, Starbucks! You move somebody out who is a star. The last straw for me was that yesterday– the kid was nice enough but — EVERY time I send in a mobile order. I walk in and they haven’t even seen it. Yesterday, I intentionally ordered it 10 minutes ahead. The app even told me–«this drink will be ready before you get there. You sure you want to order it now?» Sure enough– again– I walk in and no one has even seen the order. I’m done. You take the ENTIRE crew from the other store, and I don’t go there anymore. I find one of them at this one, and you take her from here– I’m running out of Starbucks in my area. You need to teach these young minority employees that there is value in smiling and saying good morning to someone. There is integrity in being of service to the public, and the staff at these«urban» Starbucks are rude. Af. The only reason I gave them a second star, is because SOME of the people there are really nice, and are frankly victims of generally bad management. See you not-te.

I come here at least once a week and have no idea why… They are SLOW and UNORGANIZED! I have waited twenty minutes for a single coffee, mind you there were only two people ahead of me.

UPDATE06÷04÷16 — So, after my complaints last week to Starbucks customer service, I received a call from Tatiana(who was filling in for the store manager). She apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that my concerns about the mobile ordering system would be addressed. Silly me, I believed her. I ordered my drink via the mobile app today at 8:43am, and the app said my drink would be ready in 4 – 9 minutes. I arrived at the store at 8:49am. I waited before inquiring about my order. Then, when I did, the barista asks«has anyone seen mobile order for Adrienne?» Really!!! 7 minutes later my drink is ready and I am irked! Mind you, there was a line and two people that walked in AFTER me received their order BEFORE me. I asked for the manager, and was told there wasn’t one on duty. I was referred to Adriana. She stated they will address the issue by relocating the mobile order machine to some place the employees will see it consistently. We shall see! It is unfortunate that this store does get the concept of customer service!

This Starbucks used to be good but the level of speed, service and cleanliness has gone way down. I had to wait in line 20 minutes for a cup of drip coffee, and when I got to the creamer and sugar station, there was no half and half or milk in the bottles and trash was sticking up out of the trash cans. There where at least 5 people working but none of them seemed to be in a particular hurry to get the line down. This place needs new management.

Since the change in morning staffing this place has gone down the drain. Every time I have a APP order to pick up I am ignored and or given attitude for disturbing their conversations. And no it’s not coffee related and that’s fines because how else would you bond with your coworkers. But if my order is consistently wrong and or I’m missing items once I get to my place of employment then we have a problem. Especially if I’m paying and providing a tip. I have called the location many times and tried to have it corrected but there’s no answer and or customer service online pawns you off and doesn’t address anything. This location has seriously deterred me from visiting any other Starbucks… Hopefully management will read this and have a staff meeting or retraining… And I don’t understand how a white mocha w/soy milk and a pump of raspberry is equivalent to a Hot Chocolate … But hey I don’t work there.

I’m not just a «Westsider» I make my way through all parts of LA and this Starbucks is a «Southside» fav of mine. I’ve been coming through here for several years now, and I don’t think I’ve ever had one bad experience. The Baristas are always cool… sometimes funny, and they’ve never messed up my order(not knocking occasional mistakes). Only downside is that seating can be a challenge so I always order to go. 056⁄100

As far as coffee and food, Starbucks is, pretty much, Starbucks no matter where you find the crowned, topless mermaid. Where one sets itself apart from another is with customer service. This location is great! I’m there almost every morning and the baristas are fast and efficient. I’m a little biased in that«Bee»(I think she’s a shift supervisor) always notices when I make healthy choices and comments on the weight I’ve been losing. Most of my close family and friends haven’t even noticed!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I frequent this Starbucks plenty and never wait more than 2 minutes for my drink. This Starbucks is great and has a very friendly staff. Bee and Anna are always very friendly and hardworking. Service is always quick and my order is always accurate. Parking is fantastic which you don’t find at many Starbucks locations. This is one. of the more welcoming Starbucks with such a friendly and cheerful staff.

Wish I had checked the reviews before I entered this place. We came in at 6 am. There was no one in the line before us, yet we had to wait. There were two people behind the counter. The barista was talking to the other one, and blatantly ignoring us. We finally got service and the barista looked annoyed to be helping us. It then took almost 10 minutes for us to get our order, again, even though we were the only ones in there. When I finally got my white chocolate mocha, it was watered down. Not happy. Not sure if this is a place I would like to revisit. I was hoping that it was just a bad day, but judging by the other reviews …

The local Starbucks… was seeking a light breakfast… still in pj’s so didn’t want to get out of the car and this Starbucks has a drive thru, perfect! Ok.let’s jump right in… the parking lot… upon arrival you look at the parking lot like.wtf.horrible but convenience won so I dealt… I ordered an oatmeal with steamed non fat milk… made perfectly with the right amount of milk. I also ordered a blonde coffee with cinnamon and half and half… ummm did you shake the entire bottle of cinnamon in my coffee. don’t you know people choke on that ish… geesh…so the coffee was well. not that great… my caffeine need outweighed the enormous amount of cinnamon. I just added water. You have to take in consideration my order is made on a case by case basis and the outcome correlates with whoever is making it. When I am in the area I will visit again. next time I’ll taste my coffee before I drive off! Lesson Learned.

Horrible customer service. Everyone in there is rude and acts as if your bothering them if you ask a question. I get better customer service at the western and slauson location. Either fire everyone or just close the location. I don’t Beverly Hills customer service is like this

They have several tables inside and outside. However, it does get crowded inside during peak hours. Service is great. They have a big parking lot, so parking should not be an issue.

Shout out to the owners. The continuously hire minorities & those who reside in the community. It’s refreshing to be served by those who look like you & are friendly. I support this location & I know it’s going to thrive. Kudos!

Stopped in this morning as usual to get my daily fix of Oatmeal with Coconut milk and a Trenta Green Tea hold the water. I really enjoy the ambiance of this Starbucks. It’s the only one in the Crenshaw/Leimert District. The interior shows it. There’s a lovely mix of patrons and eclectic art abound. This building used to be the bowling alley and on the same lot was Majestic Pontiac and Honda. I’m glad Starbucks kept the original bones of the bowling alley. Ok let me stop reliving my childhood. The drinks are usually consistent and the customer service is average. There’s a new guy Mario. He’s quick and has great customer service. Keep smiling Mario. Your making people’s day!

This Starbucks is okay. It is always really crowded. I NEVER come to sit here because I never see a seat available. People come here to get comfortable and once they get a table who knows how long they will stay. There is always a line here so don’t expect to walk in and out. The staff is friendly, but some customers can cause them drama sometimes. They have a shared parking lot and I always find a close spot. There is construction going on in front of them so it can be a bit confusing on how to go in or out. They are still open during all this and people don’t stop coming. They have a calendar for the Crenshaw community which is nice for the people that live there. They write down important events and invite people to join. The calendar is on a chalk board next to a table. It is pretty big, but it can be blocked when someone sits at that table. There isn’t much to say about this place. If you plan to visit this Starbucks it’s best to have a good amount of time planned instead of coming in a rush. If you are in a rush just go to another one because most probably you will be making a line.

Two words: consistently inconsistent. This location is conveniently located on my route to work, so naturally I started coming here. First impression, plenty of parking, however, too many people and too long of a wait. Not so convenient after all. So I started going to another location that was on my route but was limited on parking. The one star is not for this reason. Keep on reading… Starbucks now offers mobile pre-orders. Great way to avoid the lines, the wait and reduce margin of error with orders, right? Wrong. I decided to come back to this location since the mobile order eliminates the lines and wait. 1st time; ordered 5mins in advance, I arrive and my order still wasn’t ready. 2nd time: ok I learned my lesson, «order further in advance.» Placed order 10mins in advance. I arrive, my order is ready and waiting, so I grab and go. Take a sip and yuck! It was just a black coffee. Wrong order. 3rd time: ok, I really want to make this location work because of the convenience. I order in advance, arrive, it’s ready! I check my order before I leave and they made it exactly how I ordered it!!! 4th time: my last experience reestablished my confidence. So I order in advance, arrive, drink is ready and waiting. I grab and go, confident that they got my drink right. I take a sip, and YUCK! Messed up my order again. Btw, my order was a black eye(coffee with 2 shots of espresso) with cream and sugar.

Not too busy when I went. And there were a few seats in here. The drinks came out fine. And they were nice enough to bring my drink to me when I forgot to pick it up! The only problem is the construction going on the street right now. It makes it a little hard to get to but it’s doable. The MTA construction should be done soon hopefully.

This location used to be a restaurant turned coffee house. Be aware that many of the customers will be plugged into an outlet and won’t move for a long time so don’t expect to get a seat inside.

They finally spelled my name right at Starbucks. My vanilla latte with extra shot of espresso with 6 pumped of vanilla was perfecto. The Starbucks is always crowded. The cashier was very nice and she spelled my name right. Today was a good day at Starbucks
