This place has to be the worst Starbucks in LA. I just sat through a 30 minute drive thru line. The only reason I didn’t leave was because there were cars behind me. I come to this location because of the location(close to home) but every time I come here there is always a wait. I will never come back here again. Avoid this place. The drive thru is pointless if customers have to wait that long. How hard is it to pour coffee

I came to meet my friend here one afternoon. First off, the location is pretty bad. It has a drive thru and tiny parking lot, so I was lucky to even get a parking spot. I would have hated to have to find street parking nearby. There is also only one way to enter and one way to exit, which is kind of a pain but considering the small lot, I guess it’s necessary. They were understaffed– the girl who took my order was also toasting food and making drinks. My drink did take a while but I was in no rush. My biggest problem was that I asked for light ice twice and got a big cup full of ice. It’s a huge pet peeve of mine. And why am I paying over $ 3 for what is mostly ice? So, the poor location, including limited parking, and the bad drink warrants two stars. This Starbucks falls short of others, so I wouldn’t return to or recommend it.

It’s Starbucks. I feel like every Starbucks is the same. If you’re going here, either park on the street or order with drive-thru. Don’t bother parking in here. It will take forever to get out. Consistent drinks. Sometimes their frapps are kind of watery… Other than that, my favorite drinks are Iced Vanilla Machiattos and Green Tea Frapps with no syrup and substitute with soymilk or almond milk! Yes yes yes!!!

Went there on 11⁄11 around 930 am. To all the staff at the store: it’s your job to provide decent service to the customers, and also your responsibility to make a decent, drinkable beverage. That’s what you’re paid for. That’s what customers pay for when they hand over 5 bucks for a cup of coffee. The least you can do is smile, which I did not see any. Iced Americano was ehh. The cup musta been filled with ice. Iced Caramel Macchiato. Disgusting. Too much milk, too little ice. The drink overall tasted lukewarm. Hot cocoa. Blend. Ehh. Overall. Ew. Service. Ew. Taste. Ew. Disgrace to other starbucks.

Troublesome encounter… So I get to Starbucks in first decide to go through the drive-through. There are very few Starbucks that have drive-through’s so I thought this would be the most convenient. First mistake. I waited in the drive-through for about 15 minutes and finally decided to go in. So now I’m inside and there are literally two customers including myself so I figured that should be quick. Second mistake. I ordered a strawberries and cream frappé and an egg salad sandwich. At first I had $ 25 on my phone and then after she brings me up I have $ 4.50 on my phone. The barista could not explain the error and gave me a one 800 number to call. So I wait for 15 minutes and finally get my drink which has very little strawberry in it and taste like plain-vanilla with whip cream on top. Not to mention she made my drink and put it on the counter and walked away. She decided not to call my name even though my name was clearly listed on the outside. No thank you no nothing. I was hoping to go to Starbucks for a quick bite and my favorite drink but instead I wasted my lunch hour by waiting in line for horrible service and a very poor tasting drink. I went back in and gave it back to the person who rang me up and insisted upon a refund. They asked me if I wanted a new drink I said no but they made it anyway. I will admit that the second one tasted a lot better but the overall service there is horrific. I have never experienced such poor service at Starbucks. This is by far the worst service ever and if I could give them no stars I would.

This location needs to be moved. The drive-through line is too short, and the parking is too hard to get to. The coffee for the most part, tastes good, but you wouldn’t know that it came from such a lousy store. Today was my first time to actually go in the store and use it as a mobile office. It’s tight on space, there aren’t enough outlets, and the men’s room sink is filthy dirty. It looks as if the sink hasn’t been cleaned in months. I wonder how clean the rest of the place is since the bathroom looks like that. If I do come back, it’ll only be through the drive through and I’ll just keep hoping that my drink comes from clean equipment and washed hands…

Never coming back here they show lack of respect to the customers! They never get my drink right. Starbucks is great they just need to hire new workers.

I often stop by this Starbucks location in the morning given its convenient location directly on my way to work. Unfortunately, the slow drive thru is really the only way to go. In the chance that there is an open parking spot, the parking lot is tiny and you will most likely be trapped into your spot by the long drive thru line. For the most part, the employees are very nice, however yesterday morning I pulled up and ordered an iced soy latte(to the point, right?). When I ordered, I even asked the employee to confirm that I said ‘soy’ since I am sensitive to dairy. I pulled up to the drive thru window and the employee read, «Iced latte?» — I said«With soy, right?» The employee confirmed that it was a soy latte, and I accepted my latte and drove away. It was only when I was down the street and took a sip that I realized I had been given 2% milk. By that time, I would have been late to work if I had tried to turn around on the busy Washington Blvd and tried to wait again in the long line. HELLOSTARBUCKS. NOT okay to mess up when it comes to food allergies and sensitivities. Especially when I said it three times. What a waste of a $ 5 coffee drink. Very disappointed.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. They ran out of bagels due to the recent recall, but they still had them on display. The worker told us it was because corporate asked them to throw away all the bagels. It would probably be best to not display bagels and say they are just out. I paid for a strawberry acai drink, and then he told me he was out of strawberry slices and acai juice. Downgraded to a passion tea with mango orange juice, but had already paid the price. Then they forgot the mango orange juice in it and I asked for a new one. The second one had no sweetener…

Never leave reviews but today I had to. No one in line and yet we had to wait 7 mins to place our order … Then after we sat down to wait… Yes! Had to sit down to wait cause it took them another 10 min to have it ready with only 7 customers in store(yes, I counted). Their service is terrible … One star and only so I could rate

its close to my house. However, i don’t come here and would rather drive to another store in order to avoid a headache. 1)The drive thru wait time is insane 2) frequently out of ingredients 3) constantly mess up orders; after repeating it twice 4) bad customer service –staff isn’t friendly/have an attitude. Clearly this store cant meet the demands and needs of Starbucks customers.

I was there today, JUNE27TH12:05PM. There was nobody in line. We were ignored for a while while we saw four employees just talking in a little circle. A different employee came over and i asked him if they were in a meeting or what. He said, ”I don’t know ‘wHaT’ they are doing.” I ask for a s’mores frappacino. He says he is out of the ingredients for it. We just left. We felt disrespected and then no ingredients for a popular drink. They need a dominant district manager to come here for a while and revamp current plan. We will not return.

Small parking lot. Tight drive thru. Turn off your car when using the drive thru. Expect 15 minute wait. But hey, who doesn’t like a drive thru anything.

The parking lot is tiny. You will be either waiting for a parking space or be stuck in the drive thru line, which is always ridiculously long. Between the two, however, you are better off going inside and getting your drinks. The managers need to retrain their employees here. The employees for the most part are nice, but I have gotten 3 orders wrong here and at other times, my drinks have taken forever to come out.

I love the staff! They are friendly, efficient, and they cater to those of us that aren’t morning people! Denise, Roxie, and the rest of the crew deserve the 5 stars! They earned them!

Not the friendliest Starbucks. Dude gives coffee without even smiling. He looks pissed off. Maybe he wasn’t happy with how his girlfriend decorated the Christmas tree. That’d tick me off too… Crooked star and all. It’s definitely a juxtaposition from all the Christmas decorations. Guess the Grinch has a place here after all. Time to sip my dopio.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too! Their Drive-Thru sucks but yet this is the 1 I come to because it’s the only Starbucks between my exit and my work! Ugh! As I’m writing this review, I’ve been sitting in line for 13 minutes already.

This place is convenient for me, close to home and with a drive-thru, however my customer service experiences at this particular location can vary greatly(depends how high the stresses are and also who’s working). A few baristas have been here for a minute and are nice enough to remember what I want(pretty simple grande drip or an americano) but some seem bothered by our mere existence. Either way, I’ll continue to come because it’s convenient and I do enjoy my daily cup of joe! On another note, some of the seasonal drinks are great, they should keep them year round!
