I come to this Starbucks all the time, never really had a complaint till today. Im Really disappointed I got a venti caramel machiado and it taste like straight warm water. I would gone back and had them remake it but unfortunately I’m too far and the traffic in mid city is horrible .I don’t know it was because the barista was new but I was not impressed.

I called five days in advance and placed an order for several of the travelers for a meeting I had. Apparently no one took it down, because the travelers weren’t ready, and I was subsequently late for my meeting. Thanks guys!

Of course Starbucks is a MUST for me everyday. I always stop by at this location, before going to work, and grab myself a Venti Strawberry Refresher. It’s always tasty, and made perfectly. If not that I get the seasonal pumpkin spice latte, which is always made on point. I love this location, and the staff are always super friendly, and nice. I’ve never had to wait a long time for my drinks, nor have I had a problem with my drink either. Thank you, Starbucks

I gave my patience several chances and today I give up. It’s not rudeness (although it could easily be interpreted as such), it’s the coldness and lack of «friendly» demeanor this one Asian guy never fails to display each and every time I come here. He makes you feel that you owe him the visit and you have to be grateful. Other than him and that, all’s well. I can deal with the usual morning drama at a workplace. Peace!

Nice friendly service, but the wall plugs are all fucked and power cords do not stay in place.
Worst of all is the internet service or lack thereof, because it is so slow (think over the phone dial up 28kbps) that you cannot even load your emails in your inbox.
The staff does not care about this problem, since I have complained on multiple occasions and they literally shrug it off.
So, don’t even think about going to this location to go online.

I like to think of myself as a very patient, calm and collected person. Not very easily annoyed. But two of the girls at this Starbucks will try their best to p*** you off.
They’ll initiate a conversation when they have a long line, when you ask a question they’ll pretend like they don’t hear you. They’ll sneer at special drink requests and then walk away while your talking… So mad I can’t think straight.
And I’m pretty sure it’s not just me, I’ve seen them treat others with the same calm, smooth disrespect and negative charm they put on. Hats off to you ladies, I think I just developed Tourette syndrome as a side effect of our contact.

Love it!!! They have the best menu in cold or hot drinks. It’s a part of my daily routine to go in and get a little treat. Their service is always great. The atmosphere is delightful. I sometimes sit there and hear people’s life stories or work issues… It’s fun…

I bought chips here that were stale so I asked this guy with glasses politely if I could get another one and he gets all defensive. He says, «its kettle chips! It’s supposed to be hard! Do you know what kettle chips are? They’re supposed to be like that! «yeah first of all I do know what kettle chips are. secondly yes, I know they are supposed to be hard and crunchy but mine are STALE and soft that’s why I need another one, prick. How hard is it really to just replace it? Unbelievable.
