Super fast even when they’re packed. The baristas deal with lots of crap customers but even when I’m annoying they offer great service. Drinks and food are always good and if they aren’t they remake them without a question

Their service is on and off. I’m always in the hollywood area and happened to be here after dinner down the street and I said I will stop at Starbucks and use the restroom. It was 8:50pm the guy told me oh sorry they’re closed at this time. Well sorry you lost a customer!

There is no furniture here! Hollywood seems to be lacking in places to sit down and read, and I was hoping to find one here, but there is literally no furniture! I asked a worker about it and she didn’t seem to understand what was the problem… The coffee is the same as every other Starbucks ever.

Definitely not the largest Starbucks around, but I am a fan of the outdoor seating. It’s in a very busy area and there are other starbucks locations within walking distance. The guys at the counter were fairly quick and I was in an out. This is only a location I would walk to. I don’t want to have to deal with the parking in the area or simply just trying to get out of the area while in your car is hell.

Still a needlessly underperforming store in the Starbucks chain. Starbucks latest innovation — online ordering — to allow busy people like me to have their drink prepared before entering the store to avoid waiting in line is an utter logistical & management failure. In the two weeks that I’ve been using the online ordering service, only twice has my drink been ready, often with the clueless staff uttering«Oh, I didn’t see the printout» on their electronic label printing machine for online orders. This is completely in the realm of a management and training failure. Where are you Sean Williams, Starbucks District Manager? Do you really want to continue to alienate loyal customers? Does this store really need to sink to new lows under your direction? What a stain on your reputation for an otherwise innovative business.

I’ve been to many starbucks coffee shops, and this one as good as others, but in addition to that, the frappuccinos they make are outstanding :) They also have wireless duracell powermats, which is very convenient if you run low on battery :)

There are too many people here which shows that this is a really good place! The staff is friendly and really helpful, not to mention that we got the order in 3 – 4 mins.

Very very busy store yet beautiful service. I came in to get a green tea iced latte and I was not satisfied since there’s no way to mix the green tea well, the girl in the morning shift suggested to blend it and she did, I then tried it and feel in love with it. Good service and smart people,!

This is a nice store — has lots of inside seating. I’ve always had good service and good products. I wish they had more other items on display to buy like package coffee, cups and things like that. The Hollywood and Vine store has lots of those. The décor is nice but could use more lighting types.

Same as other Starbucks. Few tables and gets crowded in morning with tourists. Same crowding in evening and 6 – 7 small tables with 2 chairs each. Take it to go.

Great customer service! I was greeted immediately upon arrival and they made my caramel frap just the way I love it! Other places make it bland. But they just do it right here. Plus Brian(manager) made sure my experience was a happy one.

I give this Starbucks four stars only because of the people watching that comes along with the location. I read several of the reviews posted about the rude baristas – I can’t say that I experience this issue, but at the same time I also can’t say that they are some of the friendliest baristas I’ve encountered. I don’t blame them because of the crowd they might sometimes get.

We needed to kill some time and I decided to grab a coffee while we waited for our ride. I popped into this Starbucks while the family sat outside. Even though there was only one cashier and one barista the line moved quickly. There is no indoor seating and the inside is very small. The little area where you grab napkins/straws was a hot mess and there were two cake pops that fell apart and were just siting in the case looking all sad. My two drinks were correct so I was happy!

Busy spot but a well placed location for thirsty people in need of water/beverages on the boulevard. Beware of the line though!

Every time I’m here. The Baristas are rude. Thanks Starbucks. Thanks for taking a huge dump on us for our money. We really appreciate paying your rent after you shit on us.

Everyone always has a great attitude at this location, which is definitely a plus since I go there every morning. The only thing that kind of bothers me is that when there is a line only one employee is handling both the register and making the drinks while another employee is stocking up the snacks. Other than that I love this starbucks.

So I normally wouldn’t write a review on Starbucks, but due to my experience here I am making an exception. I drink a ton of coffee to get rid of headaches, so I visit starbucks quite often. There was an employee named Anthony working and he made my day! He was so happy and welcoming and made me laugh a few times. He seemed to be enjoying his job and I love that because it results in exceptional customer service. Not only that, but I always order the same drink and the one he made me was the best I’ve had. Kudos to Anthony !!

Busy as purgatory. Slow and full of tourists. If I didn’t work next door I’d avoid like the bubonic plague. 2 stars bc it still taste good.

For how incredibly busy this store is and how many out of town tourists they have to deal with, they still make your morning starbucks routine pleasant. They’re competent at making drinks correctly, not sour or overly friendly and speedy when it comes to long lines. I live closer to the franklin location, but will walk the extra distance for a much better starbucks experience.

First of all, i’m not a big fan of coffee, lattes, and cappuccino. I’m more of a tea person but ever since Starbucks started having their holiday beverages, I had to try them. I’ve had the caramel brulee latte, gingerbread latte, and the pumpkin spice latte. All 3 are delicious and I’m hooked! I’ve been going to Starbucks 2 – 3 times a week and that’s frequent for me considering I rarely go to Starbucks. As for this location, I come here because it’s a quick walk from where I work. I’ve never had a problem with the service and whenever I go, there isnt much of a long line(lucky for me). And yes, there are times when homeless people hang out in the front but they dont bother me. Besides, I’m in and out of there. I don’t stay in there to chill.
