Shutters Direct 4 U

5 stars aren’t enough! I had the pleasure of speaking to Anthony Rubio, the owner of Shutters Direct, the other day about having my brand new shutters repaired that were installed by another company. That’s right my brand new shutters need to be repaired already. (Will write post about Shutters and Blinds Co. later). After all the heartache and trouble my husband and I have been through with the other company, Anthony spoke to me for almost an hour on the phone about my options, how to move forward, and gave me advice as to what to say to the other company to try and get our situation resolved. He called me back within the same day I called a left a message which is a big deal when dealing with contractors and tradesman. After painstakingly confronting the owner of the other company and demanding a refund and removal of the shutters (yes that’s how damaged and poorly crafted they are), Anthony called me to check up and see how everything was going. Anthony didn’t have to call me back but he took the time to listen, give advice, and lend a helping hand to a family that was scammed by another shutters company! Thank you for helping me and my family. Please refer this company!!!

Anthony was just awesome. I had 5 blinds that needed serious work and I am very satisfied with his work and price. I know who to call next time. Great service !
