I have a long long time attending this store, i even have the plenti card as Gold member, is truly my favorite place to go for every little detail i need to buy i usually go there, but a couple days a go i had an emergency on getting a medicine for my son, he currently has Seizures and i ran out of medication so i went for a refill, there was 2 ladies one at the pick up and the other at the drop off, the one at the drop was a short asian lady, she had such a grumpy face and didnt even say any kind of greeting, and it got me so upset that she didint even look at me and said this doesnt have our logo no refill, so i asked her but i always refill here always and she looked at me very bothered and said theres no refill with a very demanding voice oh my god, but how can she know because she didnt check at all! anything so i left to another rite aid and they helped me, but now as for me, i dont even want to go there anymore Managers put more attention to your employees because for now on when they ask me i will not refer here.

There was no line at the pharmacy when I arrived. It was really fast to leave my prescription, but they told me to go back in a hour. No problem, I went to go run some errands. I came back a little more than an hour and I told them I was there for a pick up. The guy attending me asked me for my name and I gave it to him. He asked me what time they had told me to go back. I said in a hour. He looked confused and he said well it isn’t ready. I kindly asked him if he can check or ask someone else. He asked a lady behind him and she said it was almost ready. She told me to wait 5 more minutes. No biggie. I went to go look around the store. I never realized rite aid had this section with cool dollar stuff. It was really cute supplies for $ 1-$ 3. I didn’t mind the wait since I was looking around. They called my name on the speaker and there was a line. They cashier called me so I skipped the line. He handed me the drugs or should I say medicine. I signed some forms and I was ready to go. The only problem for me was that if I didn’t tell him to ask someone else who knows how much longer I would of waited. Another problem here is the parking. It is always full and it is shared with another store. I would recommend going to another Rite Aid if you can.

Horrible pharmacy 17 people in line 3 employees and only 1 person slow as a turtle Elias taking care of customers and 2 other female employees giggling in the background working on computer not attending customers.

This place has recently gotten an extreme makeover. Ice cream stand is a little bit and inconvenience but it’s much closer to the cash registers which makes getting help a little faster. The Newly stock inventory. Is really organized it seems smaller because they increase the size of the pharmacy. They have less stuff but more of the stuff that it’s used in every day life so if you can’t find something make sure to ask.

Don’t go to this place I went over to pick a prescription medication for my daughter and when I got there like o your insurance won’t cover it. I told what do you mean it’s cover it before. Well it won’t and if you want it its $ 67. Well I said my daughter needs it I’ll take it. I need a mask for the medication and there like it has to come on the prescription if not we can give it to you. I was well make no point to take it like that. Went next day to my daughter dr. Gave me the prescription to there pharmacy and when there I was told my insurance denied it cause I had already pick up that medication somewhere else. Turns out to be my insurance paid for something I never pick up and they charge it. I was really wow. Don’t use this place.

This Rite Aid location has horrible parking and mediocre service most of the time! Generally, I only go to this location because they still sell the original Ice Cream from the Thrifty brand so, I love the flavor of that Ice Cream! Moreover, the service here is really not that good at all and the employees do not have the consumer on their mind at all. Also, the lines can be long and no one is helpful at all as an employee. Furthermore, if not for my addiction to Ice Cream I would never visit this location.

I give their Thrifty Strawberry ice cream 5 stars. It’s super creamy and delicious BEST strawberry ice cream I’ve ever tasted.

This rite aid is so convenient, the people are very friendly. I would’ve gave it five stars, but the waiting line can get very long. Other than that, great store

Wow. This Rite Aid right here is the most obvious signifier of the surrounding environment. The Ghetto. I didn’t think it could be this bad, ever. I walked in and the store seemed okay, nicely kept and pretty clean. But EVERYTHING was locked up. I came in for a face cream and curling iron. All face creams, cleansers, were locked up. Like… 5 dollar Aveeno cleanser… I’ve never ever seen anything like it. Also, I came in around 9pm and there was a huge line for the register and I couldn’t find anyone to unlock anything so I walked out. Never again.

It’s so close to the home front, how could I not like it. They also handled my prescription transfers seamlessly. Last but least the ice cream is still«Thrifty»… It’s all about the rainbow sherbet or rocky road.

24 Hour Ice Cream Pit Stop 3 huge scoops for $ 1.99, don’t mind if I do. Black Cherry, Chocolate Malted Crunch, & Pralines and Cream. They stock most classic flavors: Rocky Road, Rainbow Sherbert, Mint Chip, Cookies and Cream, Strawberry. Sugar or Classic Cone, no toppings. My pit stop on late night rides.

You know there over 100 Rite Aid stores in the Los Angeles basin, and about 30 in L.A. alone on Unilocal. Somehow, this one got under the radar. It is on the Vermont street corridor, and perhaps too far south central for most Unilocalers, who might Unilocal out loud in this neighborhood. This Rite Aid is easy to pass by going south on Vermont, as the turn in to the small parking lot is hidden and can’t be seen in conjunction with the Rite Aid sign until after you are past it. Even circling around the block, it is tricky to get in to the narrow entry way, squeezing in by the loading dock and dumpster into a space. The entrance is around the corner on West Washington. Then you have to navigate the riff raff to the store and inside the store as well. Certainly this is not Pacific Palisades. This neighborhood has seen better days, many years ago, I hope. Better than never having seen better days. So go in here and know what you want, and then get on your way. Or hang out in front and see what you can panhandle from the locals. Not much, I am afraid. But maybe from a lost stranger… I got some Altoids to freshen my breath, just to differentiate myself further… PS — great bonus at many Rite Aids: $ 1 singe scoop ice cream in a cone!
