Princess Grace Apartments

I have been living here for about 2 years now and I must say I enjoy calling this place my home!
They offer studio and 1 bedroom apartments with all different floor plans ranging anywhere from about 800 to 1,200 a month. It comes with one spot in the garage/​parking lot, some spots are covered some aren’t. The lot is very tight but then again so is the street parking so just be happy you’ll have a safe secured spot in the heart of Hollywood. Other amenities include a communal area with a pool, jaccuzzi, 2 barbaque grills (charcoal old school, but very nice), tables with umbrellas and plenty of chairs to chill in. There are storage units available at additional costs. The complex is gated and secure with key and passcode entries. Utilities included are Gas and Water! You only have to pay Electric and of course TV and Internet if u will.
I lived in a studio apt. and now am in a 1 bedroom apt. I pay $ 1,150 (shared with my girlfriend) and an extra $ 20 a month for a storage unit which is great for all my extra stuff like sporting and camping equipment etc.
The first great thing about the princess grace is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! As long as you want to be in Hollywood… this is the spot! Just one block north of Hollywood Blvd. And 2 blocks west away from late night and ²⁴⁄₇ stores like Playboy Liquor, CVS and 7-​Eleven. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, clubs, shopping, movie theaters, grocerie stores, gyms, metro stations (you get the point) pretty much everything you need is within a one mile radius… you can just walk to almost anything and save the gas!
The place is always kept clean every other morning I see a guy come and clean all the communal areas! And generally all the people that live here a very very nice. Great place for aspiring artists!
Everything here has been a fantastic experience… really the only two downfalls are

No Pets Allowed
Overall, if your looking to live in Hollywood… I would highly reccommend the PRINCESS GRACE APARTMENTS!
