Love the service, and the food! They prepare side dishes fresh everyday! They are not salty like other restaurants. Must try is kimchi pork belly and the comp kimchi fried rice after.

Pork Jang Gun was recently opened and I had a great experience. I was initially disappointed that the restaurant ownership changed again. However, the owners are super friendly and are eager to provide great service. I started going here/​this location two restaurants ago about 14 years ago. I have been coming back because this restaurant has the style of Korean bbq I love (regardless of ownership). Pork belly on top and the tray has a side area where the kim chi cooks in broth while the meat is cooking. Super delicious. I highly recommend this place if you like great food.

i really liked jongrojip, so i was bummed when i went and saw it changed to Pork Jang Gun. Took a gamble though and tried it out. Was not disappointed.
It’s my favorite spot in KTOWN outside of OB Bear. It’s not crowded, the food’s good quality, and the prices are reasonable.
The Kimchijjigae SamGyupSal is still my go-​to order. They don’t give you the egg dish anymore for free, but order it anyway. I swear they added crack to it.
