My Korean relatives asked all their friends to refer me to a dentist and it landed me here. I found it odd that this place didn’t have a Unilocal page or even a website. Google the name of this place and see what comes up. But it was referral and it seemed cheap so why not. Almost everyone is Korean although some of the assistants are Hispanic. One of the Korean dentists is pretty fluent in English. Pros: SUPERCHEAP– they do a lot of promotions so they dock their prices down even more if you call at the right time. $ 250/widsom tooth $ 100/cavity They had a good technique down where you can’t really feel them pricking you with the anesthesia shot. Cons: I told this dentist I have some bad anxiety when it came to the dentist. He took a look at me and said«no you’re fine. I’ve seen anxiety and you do NOT have it.» We argued about my anxiety a bit until he finally prescribed me some valium. They only do anesthesia shots so keep this in mind. They did numb my mouth but it reminded me a lot of being at the dentist in Korea. In Korea, the dentists are hardcore and don’t ever do any gas/putting under. They think everyone can handle the pain and will ignore you if you yell in pain. I kept feeling little jolts of pain and every time i winced or flinched he reassured me that I was fine… thanks dr… Got my wisdom tooth pulled and although it was quick«and easy» i felt every bit of it. They refuse to prescribe anything other than ibuprofen afterwards. I was in a lot of pain and they kept saying I’d be fine soon. Best part here: They did a filling for me about 2 – 3 years ago and every time i chew on something crunchy, i get a sharp pain in my tooth. They took 3 x-rays and still cant’ figure out why its hurting. Then, they magically found another cavity while looking at said affected tooth. I decided to go to an AMERICAN business and got their opinion. 11 cavities with a possible root canal! OMG i honestly have to say I“m pretty pissed. just last june this year, they told me my teeth were«fine» and now i’m dealing with possibly $ 5000 worth of dental work.
