Along time ago in a far far away galaxy, in the planet Earth, in the hood of LA. My mom discovered a «chicken stand» on some rail roads. There were hardworking people (never knew their names) cooking the BEST chicken, every weekend. Until they were blessed to finally open a legit location. Which I believe it was this location because it is just a block away from where their chicken stand IS STILL RUNNING. I swear if I am able to check in that place I would, well I’m not sure if they have a Unilocal page for their «chicken stand» but people that know about this chicken know what I’m talking about.
Point is, there chicken is thhhhee best! It is soo good. its «G.O.A.T» yes I’m punny.
The location is a hole in the street? because it is in the corner of a little street and with barely any parking butttt seriously find parking somehow and eat here!!!

Best Fire Grill Chicken in town!!! Everytime we are in town we come to eat here with the Hubby n kiddos, it totally hits the spot. Chicken is perfect, it’s tender and fresh. It’s season perfectly, doesn’t have to many spices which is great for my taste. Highly recommend this place to have some awesome fire grill chicken. Note, the agua frescas are not great at all, very water down.

Got the enchilada plate. Cold hard tortillas. Asked for a knife and they didnt have one. Ate the shit with my hands like wtf. Over all not the business. Refills on orchata r foe free so that was the best part. This place use to be a dope spot back in the day naw?

CASH ONLY!!! Best chicken in the LA area and north of the border. Driving by this spot you notice a big grill where they are grilling the chicken, just like you see in TJ or Mexicali. Combo #1 is $ 6.50 and comes with half a chicken, rice, beans, a baked potato with garlic butter and tortillas. It’s a lot of food. They have canned soda and juices, water and aguas frescas. It’s a bit warm inside as they only have ceiling fans and a A/​C wall unit that was at 82° although outside it was over 90°. Take it to go if you can’t handle the heat. The chicken is definitely worth it.

I will never come back here again! The lady had attitude with my fine wifey, the chicken had no flavor not enough seasoning, the salsa was nasty it came from a can! Trust me I know the difference they just chopped they own tomatoes and add it in the canned salsa, the beans were nasty and the rice was fucked! I ordered a whole chicken and they gave me two small cups of rice and beans! I’m like WTF this ain’t going to feed my family of 4. The good thing about it it was cheap but still a waste of my money !!
I don’t care the salsa always has to be good and freshly made ! NOT CANNED!!! Fuck this place !

I ate here the other day for the first time and to be honest, it was just a basic meal. Nothing really got my taste buds crazy. The chicken needed a little more flavor, rice and beans were just that. The red tomatoe sauce was literally tomatoe sauce from the can, trust me, I can taste the difference. Not too sure if I would recommend this place…

Gotta admit, wasn’t too impressed by the way it looked from the outside… but, once inside I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice inside, very well maintained, with 3 big screen tv’s, water fountains, clean bathroom. The food was great. The chicken is really good, it is the main attraction… chicken is fresh, and recently grilled. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anybody. Only negative: the outside if the restaurant is a fixer upper.

Stopped by with co workers for lunch and had a plate with chicken breast and beans, rice, and tortillas. Everything was good. The chicken tasted fresh and cooked very well. The beans were good too. No complaints here. Quick and easy.

Love the chicken here. I usually get the ½ order with beans, tortillas and salad instead of rice. Really like the salsa it comes with as well. Always used to pass this place until I decided to try it 5 months ago, now I’m here at least twice a month. They serve you a good portion at a low price ($ 6) I like calling ahead so I don’t have to wait. Nice dining area and people too, always tip the staff! :)

Went there for the first time, I liked the chicken it was good. We got a whole chicken with beans and rice made some tacos with the tortillas. Very nice people, chicken taste like your at a family BBq and they grill it fresh right out side. I will come back here again.

The 1st time I ate here the chicken was excellent ! Today it’s my 2nd time here. Chicken s still good but no flavor:(all the sides are good. You get a half chicken for under $ 6.00 !
