This place is horrible!!! I ordered a pizza n it was not cooked thoroughly the dough was still raw… their response to me when I called back was well u did order a pan pizza… that does not excuse the fact of it not being cooked all the way!!!

I ordered online and some girl called me to verify my address. I waited over an hour and no pizza. I called to ask where my food was and I was told that my order was cancelled because my address wasn’t verified. Wtf? After complaining I got a discount and my order arrived 20 minutes later.

Ths place is one that makes you find your phone and write a review. Horrible service!!! I called for an order of lg pizza and hot wings. I called at 5:51 for the second time after they told me that they would call my phone to verify the order and they didn’t. So then I called to check if my order was placed. And it was not, so the guy told me that it was now placed and verified. So we waited, and waited, at 7:05 more than an hour later I called to check on my order and my order was nowhere to be found… No wonder it’s been years since I order from them! So I ordered from Brix instead 12 mins pizza and wings and good too!

this pizza hut has the best customer service they are very curtious to me every time I order from here and the person that delivers is always on time no matter who it is I just love this place and there wings !!! This guy that works there who is very polite to me I think he usually wears big plugs every time I order and he gets my order he is polite and very nice with his customer service but overall I like their service so far.

I placed an order on line with my saved in formation. I was supposed to receive my order by 9:10 pm since I did not get it I called and first they tell me my order was canceled. Then I called back again and they put me on hold for more that 10 mins. I hang up and asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold again for like 5 mins I talked to the manager and he said that my order was cancel. They never call me to verify the order so I just told him you know what I am going to write a bad review for you guys and he was like go ahead no problem This only shows how much they care for PIZZAHUT business. What a great manager! I also forgot to mention that an email confirmation was sent to me

I read reviews about delivery guy being too lazy to deliver pizza to door. I experienced the same crap. I ordered pizza for moms. It was delivered to her house. I did the order online using iOS Pizza Hut app, which is very convenient. I made sure not to prepay using credit or debit, just in case I get some funny stuff. After order, the location called me back to confirm address. The delivery actually occurred 10 mins before scheduled deadline delivery time. That was great. But the stupid driver called me while outside. I thought he was lost. So I answered phone. He said«I’m outside.» I went to window. Then I told him that he must be at wrong address because I don’t see him. Then he said gate is locked lol. This guy was obviously lying. The gate was closed. Not locked. He didn’t even get out car to check. I told him it’s not. He hung up. Then I saw him walking up. He stopped at gate as if I was going to meet him at gate. I didn’t. So he opened gate and came to rear, looking all around him in fearful manner. Not sure if he’s ever had delivery issues as a victim of crime. But this is a job and he should understand the risks involved with deliveries. He should also understand that it’s a job that he applied for and accepted. So he should work as directed. Its ok to be aware of your surroundings. But don’t lie to people and expect them to meet you at your car. At any rate, he gave me the receipt. I gave him money. He gave me change. Then my pizza. No napkins. Just pizza. Pizza was good. But this location needs to improve on the delivery personnel. Can’t deal with liars and lazy folks.

The absolute worst pizza hut ever!!! I’ve never been so disappointed in my life! The delivery guy didn’t want to bring my order to my door(Mind you I live in an apartment complex on the second floor and I have 3 little children under 4 including a newborn) so I let him know it would take me a second to get the kids ready and come all the way downstairs he says ok when I get down there… NOPIZZAGUY! I call him he said he would be back in 10 min! WTFAREYOUKIDDINGME!!! It gets worse I call to speak to the manager… he is as rude as it gets! I let him know the situation all he says is okay and hangs up in my face! Moral of the situation: DONOTORDERFROMTHISLOCATION!!!

HORRIBLE service called them the first time and I got put on hold until they hung up then I call back and get told the wait is an hour for delivery and then the guy asks for my adress and says they don’t deliver to my area when the pizza hut app Cleary says There the closest to me… never ordering from there again!

I wish I could give zero stars this is the worse Pizza Hut I’ve encounter not only do they constantly mess up the stuffed crust bring the wrong soda forget sauce that I paid for or bring the wrong sauce they’re pretty much rude and won’t bring you food to your door if it’s too cold I’ve never seen delivery drivers as lazy as these wtf fuck your job is to sit on your as and drive pizza from place to place and then walk 5 – 100 ft maybe you’ll encounter some stairs along the way but I would say it’s pretty much low impact there’s no need to be so lazy and rude also I’ve order numerous pizzas from this location on many different occasions and every one of them brought my pizza up to my door but this lazy rude delivery guy couldn’t be bothered to do his job and caused me to delete the Pizza Hut app from my phone and won’t order from this Pizza Hut ever again

South central home sweet home. I can’t complain, I’ve ordered from here all the time. Online, mobile app, and by phone. Service is great. Ive never had a problem with them. Or maybe its because I know the business since I use to work for a dominoes a couple of years ago. Quit bi@$ing :)

I ordered two large pizzas for $ 11. the word medium never was spoken during the conversation. and they brought me a large and a medium pizza. and charged me for two large. delivery fee and t I call them back and the guy attitude was like«as long as we got the toppings right…» after tax, delivery charge and tip that $ 30 they got me for today. fuck these people

Worst service! waited 1:30 hrs for my pizza and got the wrong service. Then after being on hold for 30 mins for the manager! the driver cancels my order after telling me that he was going to be back in 5 mins. and says that I didnt have my credit card! WORSTSERVICEEVER –STAYAWAY
