Had an appointment but waiting over an hour. This really feels like a walk in clinic and not a place you’d want to go to for a PCP. Sign says cash only. Parking limited and had to park a few blocks away.

This doctor was assigned to be my PCP, but I can hardly get an appointment in the same month. When you get there on time for your appointment, you have to wait. NOJOKE, HOURS! I have been several times and have never waited less than an hour an a half. There are no walk-ins, so if you have a problem and actually need a doctor they wont see you. Was willing to put up with it all because because I live nearby, but today the doctor refused to refill a prescription for medication to last until next appointment that will cause me severe withdrawals to be without. Dr. Pedrano just lost me as a patient, I will find a new PCP for myself and my son, who up until today was a patient there as well. A little politeness and customer service go a long way, and this office is seriously lacking.

Dr. Pedranos office… most of the staff is rude and very inconsiderate. You can be dying and they wont be able to squeeze you in. I wont recommend even is it was the last doctor in the world. She suggested my ex wanted steroids to be a man… when all she wanted was to feel better. DONTDOIT!
