I dropped my sweater dress off to get a stain out on Thursday. After picking it up I went home. When I looked at it the stain was still there. I returned the dress that day(Saturday) and they said to pick up on Tuesday.(*sigh* I needed it that Sunday, but oh well). I went in on Tuesday night, dress was not ready. I went back on Wednesday, they said they could not get the stain out, but would give me free cleaning next time. NEXTTIME?! oh, no. Never again. I demanded my $ 10 back and she finally gave me cash because she couldn’t figure out how to credit it back to my card. Well when I got home, I tried on dress and it has SHRUNK! Im not too mad about the shrinking since Ive lost weight so it fits still, but what kind of cleaners shrinks your things? Ive washed this dress in a washer and air dried it, never an issue. But the stain has been reduced(it’s a dark dress) so I guess I can wear it around the house. but please do not go here. I know for me it was a matter of location, but there are 3 other dry cleaners within walking distance. This was my first and last time ever using them. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

This place is totally great and dependable. I Have been using them for about a year. Prices are very good. And there are always coupons in newsletter and in mail. Which I love. Location is excellent for the 10,000 people who in PLB, and nearby neighbors. The gal who works the days is super charming, quick, helpful, and always remembers who I am. A+ work so far !! One problem which is not caused by Park La Brea cleaners: Their two 30-minute parking spaces right out front are often taken up by other people who just leave their cars for hours. There are plenty of other places to park. I just park on the circle. But when you have a heavy load of clothes, This isn’t that big of a deal, considering I go there a couple times a week anyway!

I was very pleased with their service until they destroyed one of my shirts and refused to pay to replace it. It got stuck in one of their machines and was damaged beyond repair. They admitted it was their fault. It even says so on the receipt. But they would only offer a small credit toward future cleaning services. That doesn’t help me replace a shirt that they admitted to destroying. It’s easy to have good customer service when things go well. A business really shows it’s true colors when faced with a problem. They have lost my business and I encourage everyone to think twice about taking their clothes to them. I gave them two stars because they admitted to the mistake and I appreciate that. But you have to take responsibility as well. Is losing a customer worth $ 50 or $ 100?

Used this cleaner for 5+ years and never had a single problem. Friendly and reliable service.

Bunch of crooks. They charged me for dresses instead of sweaters which happen to be $ 3 more and it adds up when you have multiple items. When I called them out on it, they tried to fight it then reluctantly gave me a refund. Way over priced, not going back.

bout par for the course for dry cleaners… their prices are reasonable and their turnaround time is about 2 – 3 days. overall, it’s convenient so i go there… only pet peeve is they keep cracking the buttons on a few of my shirts… but hopefully they’ll replace them for me accordingly.
