If their was a zero star than I would have chose that one . Guys are phonies, and rip people off. Never buy a used refrigerator from these guys they are made to break down immediately after 3 months trust me and they don’t offer any complimentary assistance or anything like that! I need to report him to human resources, whose with me?

This man is a total fraud. He «fixed» one of our store fridges and gave us a year warranty. At first, we were extremely content with him. However, two weeks later the fridge broke down. We attempted to call him to notify him of the breakdown(specially since we had a year warranty) he scheduled us for a follow up and did not show up. We attempted to get in contact with Paco on several occasions. Up to this day we are yet to hear from him. The man totally evades us. On one occasion he answered the phone and said that we had the wrong number. Yet, when one of our friends called as a new costumer he did not hesitate to answer and schedule him to an appointment. Not only has he cost us money in a repair that was probably half done, but his warranty was bogus. This man has no ethic. Stay far from him.

After reading some good reviews for Paco’s service and having bad experiences with some other companies I decided to call for them to come out to service my Vinotemp wine fridge. They diagnosed the issue which was the control board, and surprisingly had the part in the car, go figure. I had spoken to Vinotemp prior and they said it could be one of three parts. I was impressed that even though I told them to go and replace all the parts to be sure which one it was he said it only was the one they replaced. Then they cleaned the motor and recharged the Freon. Wine is safe and sound with the unit working like new. I also had them replace several of the water filters in my house and I supplied the parts with no complaints from them. This is my new go to appliance repair place.

So I purchased a refrigerator with a freezer in September 2014, it was towards the end on the 24. The appliance came with a three month warrantee. So I had it for a few months than in January/February there was a weird sound coming from the back. I called him Thursday last week he said he couldn’t do anything until Monday. I requested Monday off he never called or came. In the evening he decides to appologize, and offers to come tomorrow. I said ok, sure come tomorrow I need to get it fixed. Than he says he would come around 9 – 10 in the morning doesn’t show up until 1 pm. His service man comes in to my back house checks out the unit and says he will come right back they leave and I’m still waiting keep in mind he moved the fridge to check the back of it, I wait like 20 mins to get a text and a call from him saying it’s not covered by warrantee I have to pay to buy a new one. Forget this. I would not recommend his stupid unprofessional ass to any one DONOTBUYSHITFROMHIM. His wife is pathetic she pretends to make everything ok sounding like she will take care of us trying to be welcoming but she isn’t. Their service is Mickey Mouse and unprofessional. They definitely lost my service!

We have had Paco’s Service fix our custom Vinotemp wine storage unit twice now. The original cooling unit stopped working several months ago. Paco’s Service replaced the refrigeration device and we signed up for an annual service agreement. The new cooling unit began making a great deal of noise when the fan had a mechanical problem. Paco’s Service came out and again gave us a new cooling unit. This one was so quiet, I had to check to make sure it was working. The Vinotemp unit is in our open living/dining room, so having a properly working wine storage system is important. We were pleased to find a qualified person to service our custom built wine storage unit, and after two house call, we are happy to recommend them.

I found Paco’s Services on Unilocal when my Vinotheque 440 bottle wine cooler stopped working. I called him on a Sunday and he came to my home the next morning. He had an assistant and they were able to move my cooler which weighs about 1500 – 2000 pounds. He was knowledgeable about this wine cooler and works on this brand regularly. He removed my cooler unit which was not working and installed a temporary unit to keep my wine cool. He told me it would be 2 weeks for him to get parts and fix the unit. He was back in less than 2 weeks with my repaired unit and installed it perfectly. His price was good and he offered a warranty on parts and labor. I would definitely use Paco’s Services again and would recommend him for service. It was a real bonus that he was able to install a temporary cooling unit in our wine cooler, otherwise we may have lost upwards near $ 30,000 in wine!!! Our washer broke down on a Sunday we called numerous companies and everyone tried to charge me extra money because it was Sunday, or they could not come till Monday. Paco answer the phone himself told me a good price. Two hours later it was fixed. He charge me less than he said he would on the phone I was so impressed with my experience.
