Came here with my girlfriend for the first time and some fat lady with a mole gave us attitude. Probably intimidated by my girlfriend but we just felt very unwelcomed. Very rude and I dont recommend this place to anyone. Just a bad display for the bakery. Very disappointed.

My friend works at Ramona Elementary School«shout out! Go Roadrunners!» Anyways, she told me about the Tortas. So yummy! I got the turkey with everything. I got the turkey with lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapeños(I asked for light jalapenos), avocado, no mayo, and no mustard. $ 3! But I got the combo; a bag of chips and a Jumex that totals to $ 4.25. That was refreshing, didn’t even have to break a $ 5. Oh heads up, there was a huge torta sign outside next to their ATM machine that says Tortas $ 2.50(that’s without avocado). $ 3 with avocado and $ 4.25 for the combo.

So came this morning to the body shop next door to see about my car and had not had breakfast… so I strolled in and order my ham torta… then when I went to pay they did not take credit cards WTF in this day and age of SQUARE… so I left hungry… too bad that they were even rude about it

Finally, my favorite bakery opened up a closer location! That’s not the only reason why I go here every week, the bolillos are what brings me back and my grandma wanting me to bring her a few loaves every time I visit. Thank goodness it’s cheap too! lol OR I’d be broke from bread, I pass this bakery on my way to my mom’s house so everyone expects bread now. My mom and dad love the conchas and the semita altas! My grandma only gets out of her wheelchair for two reasons – when nature calls and when I come home with pan. My sister and I like the quesadillas! Soft, cheesy, and light. I think the cheese they use is authentic hard cheese because I can taste the sharpness and familiarity of this style of cheese. Usually there’s no waiting time. The girls serving me are sweet and super fast. Best of both worlds!

Even one star is far too much for this place. This is by far the worst review I’ve written so far. It is never ok to call me the«N» word or the«F» Just because someone is not Latino, does not mean they dont speak and understand Spanish. YES, me and two people were called both the«N» word and the«F» word and there were also some«F» bombs dropped during our very brief(and last for that matter) visit to this DISGUSTING business. When I informed the«lady»(for lack of a better word) that I fully understood what she had just said, she acted surprised. When I turned to the other«lady» to let her know the same, she too acted surprised. When to people in line told them that they were wrong for saying what they said and even asked why they would say something like this towards us, they had no answer. All of the sudden they could not speak English or Spanish and one simply walked through the doors never to return. You know I asked for a manager, but they were not available. She kept telling me she was sorry, but I know she was just sorry she got caught. There is so much racial hatred between Blacks and Browns and people like these two women help add fuel to the fire. I told her I did not appreciate her foul treatment and that it was uncalled for and unprovoked. I told her we simply came in to get something before our meeting in the neighborhood. Again she said she was sorry, and again I told her she was only sorry she got caught. I will never go into ANY of the locations. I will say that I am very thankful for the Latinos who also left and offered us their sincere apologies for what happened to us. One Latina even told us that this was not the first time she had seen this, but the other times the Black customers had no idea how bad they were being talked about. She too offered an apology.
