Orient Watch

Don’t waste your time! Bought a watch from Orient USA less than 5 month the automatic watch stop working properly. The watch was under warranty I sent it in to have the watch fixed, I paid shipping both ways. Then I get back a watch that doesn’t work for more than a 3 weeks. Which i wait for 2 month to get back. What a waste of time and shipping cost.
I called their customer service number many times to only get an answer machine that asked you to leave a message and they will get back to you within 24 hour. BS another waste of time, I’ve called 5 times and left 3 messages in 2 weeks and NOTHING. You’re in the time piece business please respect customer’s time Orient USA. You sell time pieces but have absolutely no integrity to your customer’s time. How retarded is that?
