Chad, the owner, does a really good job of explaining the Myogenics philosophy. It may not be for everyone, but it may be with taking a look if you’re looking for something new.

I was i had frist gone here 8 months ago when i was referred by my friend Kenny Florian the UFC fighter that goes there. He said it had saved his back and he was on his way back to fighting. But like a dumb ass i waited 8 months before i went to see Scott there. Stupid! The work out and rehab there is like nothing i have ever seen or done anywhere. It is quick but so effective. i would spend 90 mins at my other rehab place and see 10% of the results i get here in 30 mins. If you are thinking about trying this out. Do it! You will not regret it.

These guys are amazing. They are so committed to helping you become stronger and healthier that it’s impossible not to get onboard. Their workout offers a different way to look at exercise — short, focused and VERY intense. But if you open yourself up to it, it can work wonders. Chad will cite you mountains of research. But, more importantly, all the trainers will give you a workout that will kick your a– and you will become a believer!

I was completely blown away by this place. Everything about this place, the machines, the workout, the coaching, the instruction on diet and sleep, is carefully designed by the owner, Chad, to give you the best work out in the shortest time. Training here is radically different than anywhere else. I couldn’t do justice to Chad’s theories on exercise here but I’ll just highlight a few of the major differences. First, this gym trains one person at a time. When you go there, you have the place to yourself and a personal trainer the entire time. Second, you only need to go there once a week. It’s an incredibly intense work out, but nothing will get you fitter faster. Third, it’s quiet, clean, cool and smells nice. This is nothing like a crowded 24 hour fitness. Perhaps the best part of the experience is the coaching. I worked with Chad, the owner, and he was able to spot in seconds everything I do wrong in my workout, not just physically, but mentally. His staff is very skilled at helping your get past the mental hurdles of working out intensely. The staff isn’t made up of fit looking college kids getting paid minimum wage to up-sell you protein powder(looking at you, LA Fitness). These are skilled professionals with a level of service on par with the finest resort.

Want to stay healthy and strong but don’t have hours to spend at the gym? That’s what Myogenics is all about. I have only good things to say about Chad and all the trainers at Myogenics. They aren’t kidding when they say 30 minutes a week is all the exercise you need. Don’t think you’re getting off easy, though. Those 30 minutes will be some of the hardest work you’ll ever do. But it’ll make you feel great, get stronger, improve your endurance and cardio fitness, and(if you are smart about your eating) look your best. I used to follow the Body For Life workout, which had me at the gym six days a week — three for weights, three or cardio. If you can get to the gym that often it’s very effective. But if you don’t have that kind of time(and who does anymore?) Myogenics has the solution. You can read more about it at their website but I highly recommend going in for the orientation workout to get a sense of what it’s all about and hear it straight from Chad or one of his excellent trainers.
