Extremely kind customer service from the woman that worked this morning. Such a delightful employee. Will come back soon!

Woman who works here is always so so so nice. Past 3 years I’ve been working in this building I’ve frequented this location sporadically for every kind of occasion with varying sizes of orders. She is always so lovely to work with and I always leave with a smile! Today I went down for a Valentine’s Day Cookie Card as my company had coupons for it. Unfortunately they don’t have them so I chose something else in which they still honored the coupon discounted amount. I didn’t meet the credit card transaction minimum of $ 5($ 4.99 purchase) and so she gave me a couple mini cookies on the house to make up for having to charge $ 5 instead of our agreed upon $ 4.99. Just one of many examples of phenomenal kind and understanding customer service.

Shamefully, I know that they sell muffins here in the morning. They have an orange flavor, chocolate chip, banana nut, and blueberry. Like the cookies, they are decent and probably unhealthy, but they are warm and satisfying.

Don’t waste your time or your money here. This place is more and more disappointing every time I come here. And this is THELAST. I bought an oatmeal raisin cookie that was nothing but a disappointment to the Fullest. This cookie was disgustingly Raw. Not only was it raw but the contents of the cookie tasted IMPROPERLY mixed. Or just not mixed at all. It tasted like raw cookie dough rolled in brown sugar with a couple of raisins placed in it. The brown sugar was so overwhelming and hard to get off my Teeth. It was like grinding rocks between your teeth. Not impressed. It’s a Shame that Mrs. Fields has come To this. Not even worth one stAr.

I got a cookie cake for my niece’s birthday party and it was a big hit. The kid’s loved it and they said that they like this cake much better than the traditional birthday cake. I will be getting these for birthday’s now.

The ladies who work here are never very nice. They do have some dang good cookies(and set out sample plates!) and maybe I’m spoiled by Diddy Riese(go Bruins!) but at $ 2 a pop, that’s not much bang for your buck. The WORST part though, is a $ 5 credit card minimum. So if you just want to grab one cookie, or even two cookies, you’re SOL. Who the hell carries cash? Decent cookies, but for all of the reasons above, I usually end up going next door to Starbucks for my sweet fix.

friendly staff, 60 kibblers for $ 16.99. 20 kibblers for $ 6.99. giant cookie cake for bday is about $ 29.99. they can make you a chocolate chip one with customized decorations in 20 minutes. any other flavor they say it takes an hour. normal size cookies are buy 3 get 1 free, each cookie cost $ 1.89 i think the brownies/blondies are buy 2 get 1 free. each one is close to $ 3. right now they have a seasonal flavor pumpkin harvest the cookies themselves are a little sweet for me, but i think this place is not ridiculously overpriced and the people are nice :)

If fast foods had an endangered species list, Mrs. Field’s Cookies would be near the top. This establishment is a childhood staple to many, and to even come across one today can rekindle those memories of cookie goodness. This shop in downtown is located below street level underneath the City National Bank Tower. It is part of an underground shopping plaza called, «Arco Plaza.» You’ll find other fast foods, restaurants, and other services among others here. Typically catered to the workers in the offices above, the place is open to the public as well. You can take the escalators on the corner of the 5th and Flower, or enter through the building. As for the shop itself, it’s a cookie store; you name it, they have it.

You really can’t go wrong with a Mrs. Fields cookie — they are always so delicious, especially when you get some frosting on it :) i got the seasonal pumpkin cookie cupcake, which had frosting on it and it was awesome! the pumpkin flavor was really bold, which i appreciated and the frosting just made the perfect combo :)

I love Double Fudge Brownie from Mrs. Field’s Cookies. I think my friends are mad at me. They are mad because I turned them into double fudge brownie lovers too. My bad… At least once a month I go to this Mrs. Field. Before it was 3 times a week and I was getting a bit chubby from that sweet fudgy delicious yummy chocolaty goodness. Btw it’s 3 for $ 5. They accept credit card. It’s kinda scary to go to that place and they remember you. Time to cut back on sweet. 4 stars! Mrs Field’s double fudge brownie is yummylicious!

Double Fudge Brownies. Wow. I was lucky enough to have been treated to brownies from this place. Apparently, Maggie C has the inside track with a connection. She knows one of the workers who gives her the freshest of the best. No discounts though. Yummy Double Fudge Brownies. this is your place. Better than if «mom» made them herself!

Never bought anything from this location until last month when my work had a going away party for a co-worker of mine. I didn’t know he was leaving! What to get him?! Not that I had to get him anything, but he was the sweetest kid. Most of our conversations involved me HATING on the Lakers, since he is a die hard fan. Hmm. Oh, I know! I saw that Mrs. Fields had some festive looking cookies decorated in playoff teams colors. I got a dozen of these small chocolate chip muffin shaped cookies with purple and yellow frosting. I think it was 10 bucks or something. Pricey, yeah, but it’s Mrs. Fields, whaddaya expect? Whew! Made it back to work just in time to give the cookies to co-worker before he left. He loved em. Thanks Mrs. Fields!
