Service was installed in the wrong phone box and it was never tested. I came to find out 2 years later when an ADT tech came by to assist with some errors in the control box. Millennium blamed responsibility on me and refused a partial refund. Case is now being disputed with the Dept of Consumer Affairs and BBB.

I have had a HORRIBLE service with this company. If I could give them no stars then I would!!! First of all, it took almost two weeks to get a service appointment for the install. Then the install guy was here for 4 hours and(1) could not get the camera to work and(2) did not even have an install order for the alarm system. At this point, I may cancel service and go with ADT Directly. This has been very unprofessional and incompetent. I no longer have confidence in this alarm company.

Very professional, on time, knew everything about his product and was even there for the installation, follow up phone calls to make sure everything was working and if I had any questions, it has been a long time since I have had great customer service but Brian was it!
