Slowest place ever. Spent over 25 min in the drive thru. Utterly ridiculous. Super slow workers. You can drive to a better one and get faster service

This is the worse McDonald I have been too, they are. Rude, they don’t pay attention to what they are doing, I been coming here about 3 months now and today I was told I didn’t pay for a meal and the lady at the cash register said she never served me, I was lost for words, I left there got back on the bus to another McDonald, and was trieded like I was someone they even helped me to my seat, now like at this store, your on your now, they don’t care if your handicap, I a vet, and I was. So upset that I had to go almost 10 blocks to get my meal, I will never go back to this McDonald, the worst McDonald.

Terrible service, I walked out. Only one register was working. I even heard an employee comment on that fact to the manager. Since I was first in line I thought it might go quick, it did not. I will never comeback.

4 stars to give credit to the double drive thru… I don’t have to wait too long, after I placed my orders it’s there already in just less than a minute. plus comfortable seats and a free WiFi, It’s McDonald’s so the food are extremely good. and easy access to this area.

I very rarely write reviews on fast food restaurants because it’s never a thrilling or terrible experience, but this is one of the absolute worst locations I’ve ever gone to. I went in to order a southwest crispy chicken salad. I said it very clearly to the cashier. She asks me, «what is it that you want to order“‘ with a very puzzled look. I repeated it again. A few minutes later, a male clerk says, «what did you order…» Really?!? When my order came in a bag, the lid to the container didn’t close, yet they still handed it to me. I asked the girl at the register if she had a more secure lid and container, and she looked at me as if I’m some idiot why I’d ask that question. Isn’t it common sense you’d prepare a salad in a container with a lid that actually works, and not one that doesn’t close? Seriously… doesn’t take brain surgery to work there. Sorry and no offense, but that made me walk away knowing I’ll never, ever visit this location. Overall grade: F

McDonalds just started serving breakfast all day. So I decided to stop in around 11am because I had a taste for a sausage biscuit. I proceed to pull Ito the drive-thru to place my order, to be told that they do not have biscuits after 11am. I wanted to make sure I had heard her clearly so I asked her to repeat what she said. And she proceeded to say«we do not have biscuits after 11am.» My next question is how do you serve breakfast all day but do not have biscuits after 11? Long story short I knew that there was a reason I do not eat McDonald’s often.

Drove by at 1:37am and they’re closed. FYI, not open 24 hours. Note: They should put hours on profile so people don’t have to waste their time. You’re welcome.

It’s the closest McDonald’s from my house when I’m craving some french fries. Not the best area because of its vicinity to LAX airport. The drive thru wraps around the building. When you exit the drive-thru you are not supposed to make a left on Manchester Blvd. but people always do. So be careful. It’s McDonald’s so the food is pretty consistent with other ones. The french fries and apple pies are really good. Never have been a fan of their hamburgers so I have no clue what they taste like. For seasonal treats I like the shamrock shakes and blueberry pies. Their soda fountain drinks don’t have that weird taste like the McDonald’s in El Segundo. It’s convenient location is why I come here often, so I can make it home to watch some quality television.

I was excited when they first open this location since its closer to my job. The first few times I order my hazelnut ice coffee was awesome. After 3 moths they stared to slip the coffee tasted like water. Don’t know if they got new staff or they just became lazy. I stared to ask for extra hazelnut syrup and extra cream to make it taste good of course they charge me extra. But I need my coffee in the morning. Today I order the usual ice coffee and the choc bundts, they were cold, hard as a rock, and had crums from the other pastries. I called and asked for the manager she didn’t say sorry and had a very nasty attitude, told me to come back right away and get another batch. I told her too late im on the way to work. expect me on Monday with a refund. I think its time to look for another McDonalds.

At first I was excited that they built a McDonald’s in the neighborhood, BUT horrible service! I asked for Mexican salsa the lady grab some, then told me she only had jalapeños and I kindly said I didn’t want jalapeños. As I was driving away she laughed and threw the Mexican salsa back.

Very disappointed with the service. I only asked for extra ketchup, n the lady at the Counter was very rude. I love McDonald’s customer service supposed to be 100% satisfaction.

One of the better McDonalds with a newer building and contemporary interior. Comfortable seating. Plenty of parking in their lot but be careful driving in the lot as people tend to drive very fast through there. The staff are friendly and helpful although a few employees are not super proficient in English. You are given a receipt with an order number and there is a monitor that tells you which order numbers are ready. Located at the intersection of Manchester Blvd and Airport Blvd, they get very busy, especially the drive thru. When you exit their parking lot onto Airport, you can only take a right, as opposed to taking a left so you can return to Mancheser Blve. This McDonalds is much nicer with better food than the one on Century Blvd. Also, this McDonalds tends to get a better class of customers than Century Blvd. The food: above average for a McDonalds even though the franchises tend to be standardized or that is their goal. I am a traditionalist and like their regular hamburgers. Their cheeseburgers use highly processed cheese or a cheese like substance that tastes awful to me. The chicken sandwiches are OK and the chicken McNuggets taste good even though they are highly processed and contain mystery meat chicken. The salads are so so but healthiers than their sandwiches. There is a soda machine which has over 20 different sodas. Also filtered water for us health conscious diners. The tables and chairs are usually very clean for a fast food restaurant. There is also a Burger King east on Manchester Blvd that tends to attract homeless people. This McDonalds has free wifi which is nice; I forgot to mention breakfast, which is AOK. The McMuffin sandwiches are tasty even if not particularly healthy as they have a high fat, sodium, sugar, and cholesterol content. Actually, most of Mickey D’s has similar bad nutrition stats. Service is quick inside and I have not used the drive in so I cannot vouch for their speed there. That’s all, folks.

This is a fancy new-ish location and while it was nice, I was a bit surprised when I came in at the drive thru, they told me to go park and they would bring it out to me. There was no one behind me and not sure why they would do that but I guess i’m happy that meant the food was going to be fresh. I parked and waited abot 5 min for the food in 90 degrees but the food was hot.

Clean, well lit, nice décor and comfortable, close to LAX. Food is still McDonald’s, but this is a good one.

McDonalds on Airpot & Manchester by LAX Outside gets no stars, but the inside gets five stars. The hippest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Design fittingly fits in perfectly with the famous LAX space age restaurant down the street.

Didn’t see the name of the Hispanic lady who was serving me on late afternoon. Maybe she was in charge or maybe the manager(!?) but she was not very pleasant. She definitely looked irritated when I asked her to change my order of medium chocolate chip frappé into a small one(she was still taking my order). And I had to tell her few times that I want a McDouble without pickle. She didn’t have any smile on her face(not even a fake one) McDouble was good per McDonald standard. But the frappé had way too many ice. It’s my common drinks from McDonalds. So I can tell the difference. I’d give this place a four star for its convenient parking space & nice clean interior(and the good food as well) but I don’t go back to a place where I don’t feel like a valued customer or don’t feel welcome

Earlier this evening, around 8ish. I bought 2 filet of fish. I waited for them to be cooked. I got them home to my family, we noticed how dark they were. My fiancé decided he would go back. He gets there, they tell him it’s because there old now. They make more, after arguing there point. Refusing a refund. The filet came out dark again. He told so. They said this is the way they look. The picture is the new one. They taste dry, and burnt.

All McDonald’s are pretty much the same, right? I mean, if you order a Big Mac in La Jolla it’s supposed to taste exactly the same as a Big Mac ordered in Orlando, or St. Louis — you catch my drift? But this McDonald’s IS different. Not the food, mind you — the food tastes the same as any other McDonalds. So, what makes this McDonalds different? The cleanliness, the modern décor, and the extremely engaged and attentive personnel. Not to mention the location. As the closest McDonalds to LAX, I stop here when I am running early or after a passenger pick up. The coffee is good — same as other locations, but the décor, cleanliness and great employees make for a very pleasant experience. This is my go to Mickey D’s whenever the day calls for a trip to LAX. I’m lovin’ it!

You may decide to overlook this review because, honestly, who gives a McDonald’s a 5 star rating? Ok honestly, who looks at Unilocal ratings for McDonald’s? But hear me out: This is seriously the cleanest, most beautiful McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped foot in. The furniture, tables, and overall environment is spotless and all the tables were wiped. I came at around 6:30(was picking someone up at the airport) and service was impeccable — no negativity, attitude, etc normally associated with McDonald’s. The staff was SO polite and kind — such a pleasant way to start my day :)

They just opened this McDonalds near my friend’s house and it really is pretty swanky for a McDonalds. I think the best part of this location is that it is more convenient than the McDonalds located on Century Blvd. If you’re waiting for a flight in the cell phone waiting lot or have opted to take the La Tijera exit to get to LAX, this McDonalds has spacious parking and a unique Double Drive-Thru. It’s on the corner of Airport Blvd and Manchester Ave. Inside, it still smells like new pleather and compared to other older McDonalds places, you could say the interior is actually super clean and modern. All menus are on LCD screens that rotate through the options and the chairs are actually comfortable and with cushions. This is really the better option for Mickey Ds near LAX. That is primarily because it also has ample parking as compared to the very squashed and sometimes slovenly Century Blvd. location. Both are on their way to LAX too. If you need a quick bite before your flight or just want something comforting after a long trip, I’d venture to this McDonalds that is already very popular despite being open only since last Saturday.
