This place is a joke!!! Don’t come here debit machine is always down after 10pm you would be lucky if you get your food in less then 30 min plus they always get my orders wrong inside is very dirty rats run around the parking lot and people always asking for money they need to fire the manager at night.

The drive thru sucks big time. The waiting time just to get a cup of coffee at 5:50 in the morning! is crazy iv waited as long as 10 min. With only one car in front of me.

If I could give this place no stars that would pretty much sum up my experience here. It’s a busy location, granted its placed near 2 busy freeways. That’s still not a valid excuse for making you wait 15min in line for a cup of coffee. Oh and did I mention the line was another car and myself.

This McDonald’s is well placed if you want to make a pitstop and take a break from the morning gridlock. It’s around the corner from the 5 and the Home Depot. The parking is huge so finding space is not an issue. The my only gripe is that the area is rough around the edges, and the bathroom is nasty. This was the first time I’ve ever seen toilet paper locked with steel cable and a pad lock. The homeless guy yelling to himself in front of the doors was a little annoying. So if you’re from south county OC, you probably won’t be able to stomach this location. If you’re an Angelino, it’s not a problem… Make a pitstop and get your grub-on! :-)

Do yourself a huge favor and drive to another mcdonlads. Trust. I work a few blocks from this mcdonalds and i must say ive NEVER, EVER been to a cheap-skate mcdonalds. Go ahead ask for extra sauce. Look at their face and the long lecture you get about how the sauces are for the nuggets and how a billion dollar burger joint has to charge you. Messing up and forgetting to give your food is another known problem… Along with not filling up the fries. Always, always filled half way. The energy and the frustration they cause messes up your mcdonalds fix… Yes the last time i was there i returned my food.

That was a few good years. Thanks for the good times. I grew up loving McDonald’s. After moving to L.A. I quit eating at all McDonald’s after getting sick at a couple of different restaurants. I had taken a few years off and was at the Home Depot nearby and was so hungry that I stopped at this location. It was good. It was good for a few years. Tonight, I paid for my food and drove off without getting it. I was at the drive through. I could tell things were different. It was taking a while. The employees were chit-chatting about their day and drinking from McDonald’s cups. Nice. I know people that have worked at pretty much every fast food chain out there. I’ve heard stories. I’m not sure what was happening here, maybe they were just relaxing and taking their time but I know people that have gotten creative with the food prep. Anyway, things weren’t right and I cut my losses. They got my money but I didn’t get sick. I think I’ll be taking a few years off from McDonald’s again.

Take-out, missing food, pathetic attitudes. Items were missing from the order even though the receipt was read back and an employee seemed to be rummaging through the bags to verify it all. When I got back to the restaurant, the same cashier helped me. She apologized for the mistake then she spoke to another employee standing near me. She told her that it was my order that she made the mistake with. The other employee said«It was me? Well, not my problem!!!» and scooted off quickly — amazingly horrible. The manager, Elisabeth, was nearby and I asked to speak with her. Her response was«I wasn’t here when it happened. Sorry. Good bye» and she scooted off quickly. So, the pathetic attitude is probably the culture at this particular franchise store. I am accustomed to much better service at McDonalds — this one was the pits !!!

This McDonalds was filthy. The parking here is stupid. The food was subpar even compared to other McDonalds. Also, they seem to be very stingy with their condiments. There’s also this unfriendly vibe they have there. People just don’t seem happy here. Do yourself a favor, don’t go here.

One star is too generous. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru this evening. I simply ordered one small coffee and an apple pie. When I complained to the tall skinny guy, he ignored me. I told him I didn’t want my order anymore. Didn’t even try to make amends of the situation! And by the way this McDonald’s has higher prices than the one in Highland Park. I will never give my money to them again!

If I can. No star… I ordered 2 mocha frappé. I waited 20min… One family ordered in front of me. They ate everything and left… I asked cashier. She said sorry and start make my order at that time… But she didn’t wash her hands after she touched cash. I saw a manager talked with a guy next to her. But she looks like She doesn’t care. Finally I got my frappé 25min later. And no chocolate sauce on top… Thanks for nice service. I’ll never go back.

I see this place on my way to work and when i am heading home, and it calls me out a few times a month, but what i cannot understand that there are times that they run the drive-thru like snails. They take their sweet time in getting your order, in getting your funds and then giving you the damn food. I have gotten a Ms. Attitude a few times, but lately i have seen decent workers at least being polite and asking if you need anything else… So if you are ever in the area, and you get off the 5 or the 110 then you might get a quick bite… Enjoy

Just like that other review: dollar Big Mac’s after 11pm. Woo hoo! Drive thru open 24 hours. Just right off the 110 freeway exit on Figueroa. It’s tricky, exit is on the left side of the freeway. Easy to get back on the freeways, make a right on Ave 26. Anyways, this is one of two choices late at night, the other is IHOP, which is across the street. The nearest fast food choice is Burger King ½ mile away. Things you must know about dining here late at night: 1. There’s always a beggar either drunk or just plain messed up looking waiting right at the drive thru speaker. 2. And please send me a message if you’ve come across the guy selling bed sheets to everyone in the drive thru line. I mean, seriously, when have I been in a drive thru and I have thought to myself, «Geez, it’s time for a new Sateen Duvet?» or «You know, it’s time to move up to 1000 thread count sheets?
