Food is good, Staff is friendly, walking past the bathrooms is terrible. Do they use dirty water to clean? It is a horrible smell and you can still smell it up front. 2 stars for the food. The smell is just really bad, especially today.

Food is always good but the customer service… Waba Grill is great but the customer service at this location is harming the name of the brand. It shouldn’t only be about the food but also about the customer experience.

A little pricey for the portion, but I like the food. Personally, I get the steak bowl with double meat. It’s two meals in one bowl! Delicious and I don’t feel guilty about it.

I like a Waba grill but this branch is not good. Servers are not kind, and meats are cold. I ordered a steak bowl. Steak meats are too cold. And there are no option for drink. The menus have medium drink and large drink. But there is no medium drink option only large drink.

I tried their teriyaki chicken with vegetables bowl. The ingredients are fresh and the food is pretty tasty but a little expensive for what you get. Teriyaki Me in Glendale or Mako bowl in Pasadena are just as good but a better value.

It’s nice to have more variety in the heights but honestly this place smells so bad, the staff is SUPER ghetto and unfriendly, especially the cashiers, and the food is average. Definitely go somewhere else as Lincoln heights has so many better restaurants to choose from. The main thing here is that the staff is unfriendly, every employee had attitude or a dirty face. Seriously guys if you don’t like your job give it to someone who will appreciate it. Even one of the small fat managers is super unfriendly. Would not recommend to anyone.

First off I was very excited to have a waba grill so close.. but as I walked in it smelled horrible like there refrigerator went bad. ordered chicken bowl no ziploc bags for carrots and jalapeño. looking around restaurant looks dirty so I just threw my food away didn’t want to risk getting food poison.. I rather drive to the waba on fletcher drive than come to this stinky dirty one and you have to put your own onions Evan if you ordered to go

Hate when people all they do is write Bad reviews. Like whenever there’s a mistake that is the first thing they do. like I mean you aight perfect and a restaurant will never be. but I have had my good and bad. however, I still make a review if they did an amazing job. Let give credit on that. am regular at this location and so far when it comes on customer service is great Food is Amazing nice and Fresh and some days dinning is dirty but others are sparkling clean. And makes sense you don’t know when it has been busy or not. If you pay close attention there are only 4 employees on clock on daily. One day busy as hell still 4. Some people need more common sense. If you are picky as F*** cook your own food at home(:

This is by far my FAVORITE Waba grill. I am a regular here and I order the Salmon often and I’ve never had a problem with it. The Kale salad is actually pretty good! And I would recommend that over the veggies. I have noticed that the portions are getting smaller, which is sad. One of the reasons I thought Waba Grill was the price was not only because it was healthy but because of the portion sizes. But now that they’re smaller… I might just go to subway. But if you’re in the area and looking for something quick and healthy I would recommend Waba Grill. Also, I’ve never had a problem with the staff. Customer service is fine.

I was ecstatic when this place opened up initially. I thought to myself«finally a healthy food location in this area»… Unfortunately, it’s a disappointment each time. The protein portion is ridiculously small. Especially the salmon bowl. They always over cook the salmon too to the point it’s burnt. The customer service isn’t that great either. They welcome you in but that’s it. However, the location is clean. I hope they make modifications to this place. I really want it to workout. P. S. If you order avocado make sure they add it. It’s $ 1.60 and they forget to add it almost every time I go. I just stopped ordering it.

Came here when this place was first opened. The quality has definitely improved from when they first opened and they seem pretty consistent so far. Its a small«healthy» place to eat. Nothing much more to expect

Great Location. Brand new actually. The cashier was very friendly and took my order very promptly even with a line behind me. The food came out fresh and fast. Ive only been a Waba Grill fan as of recently. The sauce is what makes me come back. I would have like to have been pointed to the condiments and the fact that the veggie toppings are for you to get and for them to get it. Parking is ample behind this place. You can walk in from the front or from the back. Food was good, no major complaints.

Someone picked up food from this establishment so I cannot personally comment on that. This review is solely on the food. The food was good. The settings were plenty. We each got a chicken plate. There were plenty to share. I’m really excited to finally have a healthy option available in Lincoln Heights

They have veggies, brown rice, and avocado. All in one bowl. I have been praying for that since moving to Lincoln heights. Very friendly. And fast. Avocado portion is enough to make me happy to pay the fee for. They always close early which is really annoying.

Let me just start off by expressing how delightfully excited I was they opened up a location close to home. I’ve been to several locations and always have a pleasant experience specially at the Huntington park location. I came over to this location over the weekend and my experience left plenty to be desired. The rice was so hard and dry as well as the chicken. I attributed to being late at night and decided to give it another try last night. As I walked in the foul smell turned me back quicker than a dog chasing a cat. It smelled as if they mopped using spoiled shrimp water. I can honestly say I will never return to this location. I enjoy Waba but this location lacks plenty. Maybe management should take a close look and be involved in the operations of this place as it is a new location and not yet established. It really does not represent the quality of most other locations. Hopefully they are able to better manage as I cannot see it lasting successfully for very long specially due to the price and demographic area. There are better options at a more affordable price.

Glad to see a new«healthier» dining option in Lincoln Heights. The white chicken, veggies, and brown rice bowl is perfect for a quick healthy lunch. Best of all it’s a clean modern dining space.

Decided that we wanted to try something different, we came here to try Waba Grill with my brother for the first time ever since they opened up a branch near home. When we first walked in, the restaurant looks clean and inviting. We ordered our food, clearly saying 2 Half and Half bowls. When we got our food, we noticed that they made 2 chicken veggie bowls. My brother went up to get our food and told the cashier that he might have mixed up our order. We clearly said 2HALF and HALF bowls. Instead of kindly telling us that he may have misheard us, he said«No, you ordered 2 chicken bowls«. I’m sorry, but we KNOW what we’ve ordered. Not only that, but he gave us a dirty look when we left. The chicken was pretty good, however the brown rice that my brother ordered, was cold, dry as hell and was obviously undercooked. The veggies were cold, soggy and were not appetizing at all. I wish I could give this place zero stars but, I’ll give it a one star just for the décor and cleanliness. I suggest you look else where if you don’t want your order to be mixed up. The restaurant was quiet and empty so there was NO way the cashier could’ve misheard us. What we ordered was not a complicated order whatsoever. They need to fire this guy and hire someone else that can properly take someone’s order. I practically paid 20 bucks for nothing. I’m very disappointed in the service and quality of the food here at this joint. I’d rather drive out further for better service and excellent food quality. This was totally not worth the money.

Friendly staff, super clean establishment. I ordered the chicken & veggie bowl w/brown rice(rice just a little al dente) lots of fresh veggies. Will be coming back when in the area, tastes like the Flame broilers little sister.
