I came here to get my iPhone 6 repaired. It had a small crack in the screen. The hot dogs were a delicious surprise. It’s not everyday you get a hot dog and a cell phone repaired. Service 5 stars. Cell phone repair 5 stars. Hot dogs 5+ stars.

I shattered the screen to my phone while in India, when I returned back to LA I was looking for a good affordable place to get my phone fixed. My first experience with this place was great. They even offered me $ 10 off my screen since they didn’t have the right one in stock. Took about 30 minutes and my phone looked brand new.
So now this is the part where this becomes a 1 star review instead of 5.
Not too long after the repair, my screen started to feel loose. I wasn’t sure if it was me or really a problem. I finally took it back to them as it seemed to get looser over time. When I first went, I came apparently 31 days after the original repair. I was told they couldn’t do anything since it was past the 30 days so I should come back and talk to the owner and maybe he could help me.
I came back on a day he was in and told him the issue that I was dealing with. He told me since it was past 30 days that he couldn’t replace the screen. He said he’d take a look at it but wouldn’t replace the screen. He took a look and there wasn’t any fix that could be made. He offered me a case which would hold it in place. I said that I didn’t want a case I wanted my phone to work properly. I paid him for a service and would like it to work properly. Now since I was a day past the return time, the fact that the product wasn’t working correctly doesn’t seem to matter. He kept telling me there was nothing he could do and essentially I was SOL. He again offered me a free case which I refused again. I said no thanks I’ll just leave you a review on Unilocal,to which he closed the window in my face.
I understand there is a policy but I would think customer satisfaction and word of mouth would be more important especially since I was a single day past not a week or two. Apparently not here. And on that note, I would definitely NOT recommend. I’d actually avoid.

Sorry, but he was amazing! Every other place wanted my left leg and first born. The service was affordable, he was quick and very nice. Will recommend anyone in need of iPhone repair services to this place. oh and he validates parking!
