Magy Cleaners Maid Friends

What a complete waste of $ 79! I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a «service provider»… And I an being kind by giving them that much credit.
First of all, the phone number when googled brings up a number of different names for this outfit: Maggy M Maids, A#1 Cleaning Services, A1 House Cleaning, and AAA Cleaning — just to name a few. I don’t know how many more names I can find, but every time I try, I find a new one!
First off, I should have known something wasn’t right when my call to this outfit was never answered with a restricted phone number. When I unrestricted my phone number, my call still was not answered, but I was texted back immediately.
Secondly, I should have been leery when «Carolina» refused to speak on the phone, but would respond only via text.
But, what can I say — I was in need of services right away, so I proceeded. We set a time, and the staff showed up right on time — which consisted of 2 women and a pre-​teen boy.
My request was simple — and they had 2 hours to complete the tasks. I asked that they: 1) mop all floors, 2) clean the fronts of all appliances, and 3) clean 2 of my 3 showers. I specifically instructed them to stay away from the 3^rd shower as it has a floor leak that runs into my first floor.
They were quick to get started… and that’s when it fell apart rather quickly. I noticed that none of the cleaning supplies being used appeared to be of a professional quality, but rather general products that can be purchased at Walmart or any grocery store. Next I noticed that they did not have an actual mop — just a «swiffer».
The first thing they did was turn on the very shower I specifically told the to stay away from!!! I had to fly up the stairs to stop them before they caused damage down stairs. They proceeded to clean counters, baseboards, and etcetera — none of which I requested. All while this was going on, the child that they brought with them was tasked with dusting.
The main woman — apparently the only one if them that spoke English began cleaning the kitchen — wiping down the cabinets and counters; again, not what I asked for. She did finally get around to the appliances… But what a mess. The stove top, when she was done, was not cleaner than when she started. In fact, I think she must gave tried to use steel wool on it because it’s now scratched all to hell! The inside of the microwave seemed clean until my wide and I found hair all over inside of it. The same hair situation was also found inside the oven — only worse!!! Both of those appliances still are covered in cooking grease.
As for the showers, the job done there was mediocre at best. My wife can get them cleaner.
But the cherry on the cake was the floors — which was my primary reason fie hiring someone to begin with. My place is almost 1500 sq feet and all clay tile. They did a halfway job if sweeping… but neglected to sweep the stairs. Oh, and that mop? All if the «mopping» was done by pouring some cleaner on the floors and putting a rag on the end if the swiffer…
Ugh, I could go on and on about all the things that were not done. I am seriously considering stopping payment on the check!
Beware…do not use this company for any reason!
