Pretty good selection. Really good prices — most fabrics under $ 20 a yard. They have an awesome clearance section — if you can find something there, prices are 75% off! You can find great upholstery fabrics here!

I love this store. They have such beautiful fabrics for both indoors and outdoors for great prices. They also have a wide selection of pillows, tassels, and trims. The staff is very friendly and is always willing to help me find what I need. Definitely recommend this place!

I was excited when this store opened. A new fabric store with higher end fabrics? Yes please.
They offer 2 floors of fabrics and trims. I purchase a lot of my velvets and chenilles here to use for upholstery and drapes.
Johnathon goes above and beyond to find whatever I need. The staff is always pleasant and the prices are competitive.
They really strive for repeat clients made apparent in their great customer service.

A perfectly good fabric store is going to waste because the general public hasn’t really heard of the store. You can google for fabric stores but this one won’t stand out of the heap until someone reviews it.
The place is a two-​story, well designed, air-​conditioned, modern store with two whole floors of medium-​quality upholstery fabrics. In some, (very few) cases, they even have some higher-​end upholstery fabric. You can make pillows with this fabric, cover walls with fabric and make headboards and re-​upholster furniture. The sky is the limit.
Today, I purchased 6 yards of fairly expensive ($ 25/​yard) fabric for a project that I’m working on.
The personnel was friendly, helpful & nice.
Sometimes you have to go higher-​end, in order to be treated with more respect.
This store is definitely on my radar of good fabric stores to keep in my rolodex.
