Stay away. Several years ago my wife and I made appointments here. When we arrived we discovered that Dr. Louie was on vacation and that we’d be examined by a visiting optometrist. This guy apparently graduated from optometry school (or perhaps he just took a correspondence course) about 10 minutes earlier. He fumbled, had a lot of difficulty with the equipment, and made significant errors on both of our prescriptions. If that wasn’t bad enough, the office manager was a truly unpleasant woman who was rude to both of us and to another customer in our presence. On the date our glasses were to be ready, this office manager told us they’d take weeks longer to arrive. When I complained on the phone, she told me to come down to the office to discuss it. When I arrived the office was locked, and my prescription was stuck to the door. In other words she was saying, «Get lost.» I did, and if you’re smart, you’ll never find this place to begin with.
