Food was good, second serving was GREAT since we learned about the«sauce» which made a world if difference in the taste. We did not see a menu, it would be a good idea to have one.

I do not understand the 5 stars on this place. If you really appreciate quality tacos, this place is not for you. I have tried it once and it was below average. Maybe people like them because they are cheap for their size. I had the arabe, which is their specialty: The cheese had almost no flavor, the meat was dry and very bland, and the tortilla was of very low quality. Overall I wouldn’t go back there. They are also not very concerned about the cleanliness of their kitchen, to put it gently. The sauces are quite average too. LA is blessed by having many incredible options when it comes to tacos, this is not one of them.

First time here and was very impressed. The location is not the best but don’t let it scare you. They don’t have a menu but I did see as I waited for my order they didn’t only sell tacos they had tortas to, but you can always ask what they have they speak English and Spanish very fluent. I’m not going to lie the tacos are a little pricy but they are well served and worth the price. They’re really big that you get full off one.

This place is great. Their specialty is Taco’s Arabes(obviously). They’re the size of a small burrito, order them Arabes ‘especiales’ style,(includes avocado and Arabes sauce etc.) The Mulitas are also huge. There’s a slightly longer wait here but it’s worth it.

Okay, I waited almost 3 hours to receive one of these tacos at the Taco Fest in Grant Park. It was kind of irritating. Lots of people around me got angry and/or gave up. I have to say, however, that I kind of get it. They hand-made every single taco to order, they were selling this huge edible magic for just $ 4 a piece(or cemitas for $ 6-$ 6.50 a piece) so the line was crazy long. Woud I ever wait for that long again? No. The opportunity cost was insane. However… would I insist ALL of my friends and family come to this place on a regular day? Um… absolutely. And get the cemitas… because I’m pretty sure those are gonna be difficult to find outside of Boyle Heights.

Not yer mama’s tacos unless yer mama’s from Puebla. So incredibly tasty. Try a pinch of the pipicha, too.
