One of the best tacos ever. I’ve been going to Leo’s for years now and he’s the best, get the all meat burrito and cheese quesadilla, the best!

I’ve been coming here for more than 5 years now and will keep on coming back. My order is always the same: All Meat Burrito(with everything — no cheese). It never disappoints! ^ they started adding cheese in automatically over the past 2−3years so I always say no cheese. I’ve come here at all hours of the night during their time of operation — from 8PM to 10:30PM to even 2AM. Leos is always there for you when you want it :) HAHA

The all meat burrito is just so unique and juicy and delicious! The truck can be difficult to spot but don’t give up searching for it! It’ll be worth your while. Just make sure you are either comfortable eating standing up, in your car, or taking the food somewhere else.

All meat burrito! #1. Best burrito’s and taco’s out of a taco truck. Leo’s always cooking and always is happy to serve you. They never get your order wrong and it’s especially good food after a long night of drinking and clubbing. Close to Glendale/Montrose, I personally drive down once a week to see Leo!

Best all meat burrito I have ever tried! I am a huge fan of Mexican food in general, and I have had burritos from lots of taco trucks and restaurants, but nothing beats Leo’s tacos! Their tacos are also pretty good, I really like the cheese that they use, it seems like it’s great quality and it tastes great! If this place was open during the day I would go a lot more often, though sadly they are only open at nights :/I go whenever I can!

Excellent taco! I would say better then anything I’ve had even in Mexico. The only other different style but more gourmet taco I’ve had was the Elbow Room in montrose. Leos is a must go and prices are fair.

My fav goto LA taco truck of all time– The food is soo good they’re better than tacos I’ve had in Mexico. Still trying to figure out their chicken marinade. The best I’ve had so far. Also love the veggie options and their late hours. Shoutout to Leo for holding it down for so many years. Always gotta show the man Love for what he does for Eagle Rock.

As a vegetarian, Leo’s is my favorite taco truck. The veggie tacos and veggie burritos are both awesome! The prices are amazing. The only sad part is they need more hours. I want Leo’s 24⁄7.

Because my go-to taco truck on Fletcher & Larga was missing, I Unilocaled for a taco truck close by. Leo’s taco was within a reasonable distance, plus I’d tried it at a different location(Mid-City) and it was the BOMB. For some reason, this location was just barely OK. Tacos are $ 1.25 each. Carna asada tacos(3⁄5 stars): Meat was mediocre, not too juicy or memorable tasting. Tortillas felt a little dry and stale, not sure if they were made like that on purpose? The green avocado salsa sauce also isn’t a favorite. They only provided spicy green salsa sauce on the side, no red spicy :( Al pastor tacos(3⁄5 stars): Flavor was decent, meat was kind of juicy… but not that amazing either. Overall, felt like nothing really impressed me. I MIGHT go back to try their burritos, but… at a much later time.

The only place I even consider getting tacos on Friday or Saturday night. Not too mention that their quesadillas and veggie options are also tasty! Great prices and fantastic for taking the edge off a night of booze.

This place is so awesome that I’m writing the review partly just so I can remember where it is! I hope this place stays low key cuz if too many people start going they’ll realize that they can raise their prices. At time of writing al pastor tacos are $ 1 each, and other cuts are really cheap too. They cut a piece of pineapple for you too, which adds great flavor to the taco. Gotta stop writing, my mouth is watering l.

Just one of few taco trucks in Eagle Rock. and for those who live in Glendale, or La Crescenta, or La Canada, it just may be one of few closest taco trucks before hitting ‘core’ LA. I do prefer Leo’s over any other taco truck in Eagle Rock, despite that they only have green sauce and not red. The meats are marinaded a lot better than how Rambo’s does it just several parked cars down. I also like how the tacos here are topped with guac.

I’ve been waiting to try Leo’s for a little while and finally found myself in the area one night. We went and I got an all meat al pastor burrito for about $ 6 and change. It was pretty damn good. I tried something here and at Rambo’s and I liked here better but it’s hard to compare since I ordered different things. I want to try their carnitas and carne asada.

Went here for a first time, heard that it was super good. Their all meat burrito contained way too much cheese and it gave me utter flatulence afterwards due to it containing more cheese than meat itself. However, their quesadilla’s were delicious and crispy. Leo’s is also unique because of its odd hours. You can come here for a late night snack. Overall alright for its prices and hours, but not extraordinarily delicious.

Leo’s tacos are super simple. I want to say it is the sauce that makes it. The meats aren’t overly fatty but al pastor wasn’t as greasy as I expected. I guess it’s preference there. The chicken was way better than I anticipated. Chicken tacos here are probably the best I’ve ever had but my preference is still asada. I would definitely come back for more if I was in the area and hungry. Well priced so that’s a plus

If I could give this taco truck more stars I WOULD! As a seasoned taco truck goer — trust me when I say Leo’s is the BESTTT. I always get their chicken tacos. Tacos run at $ 1.25. They come with GUAC, onions and cilantro and you can add cheese for free. The chicken is never dry. Carne asada/al pastor tacos are also REALLYREALLYGOOD. I also always ask for limes and green salsa — give it that sexy douse over the tacos. Burritos — delicious too! I am a taco person so I always get the tacos but I have had the burritos before and they are awesome. Just go here you guys.

I feel lucky to be alive in this epoch of human history, because 1) Antibiotics, 2) Refrigeration, and 3) Leo’s Taco Truck. I have been eating from this truck for over 10 years. The carne asada burrito with everything(+ salsa verde) is one of the best things that’s ever happened to me, and it’s been $ 5 ever since! Leo usually rolls in around 8pm, and around 7:45 the Leo addicts start meandering around the corner of Eagle Rock Blvd. and El Paso. If he’s running late, people start scratching their arms and asking around if Leo went on vacation. Bonus: You’ll always meet lovable weirdos while waiting for your food. The things I have put my body through just to accommodate a Leo’s burrito… I am 5’2″ and just over 100lbs. I’ve eaten a Leo’s burrito immediately after In N’ Out, and another time, right after four slices of pizza. You just don’t say«No» to a Leo’s run if the opportunity arises. I mean, what if you died and your last meal was… anything else? When the deliciousness of a burrito makes you consider your own mortality, that’s 5 stars.

BESTALLMEATBURRITOEVER! I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and my older relatives since they were kids. I can’t count how many great nights ended with Leo’s. If you don’t like this place you don’t understand food.

I’m pretty liberal in most aspects of life. When it comes to tacos de asada, I’m more conservative than Reagan. Don’t tell me about that taquero on the corner, I probably tried it, and thought it sucked. Don’t also BS Me with a hipster-fied taco that comes with saffron-infused onions, I’m not about that life. Every taco truck I approach with skepticism and caution. Every one of them is a disappointment until otherwise proven. Leo, you have acquitted yourself quite nicely. Good: The first sign of a good asada taco is: Waiting. I know, we all hate waiting, but if you wanted a pre-cooked, assembly-line experience, your ass would be at Chipotle. Order the asada tacos or asada burrito and check your stupid Snapchat story while you wait(you snapped THAT!?). The results are tender meat, no gristle, few(if any) pieces of un-rendered fat, so you will not use napkins to spit out chewy pieces of meat, instead you’ll use them because you eat like an overjoyed toddler. No need to forgo cilantro because it is pre-mixed with onions(I hate onions) so eat your grassy herb(no not THAT one). Now add a splash of quartered lime, bite, taste, repeat. Good right? Now add some green salsa. Make you wanna slap yo momma. Bad: You cholos, I mean, Unilocalers, who let the cat out of the bag. Now Eagle Rock Blvd is a congested clusterCluck of people cruising looking for a prkg spot closest to the truck. Folks, just park your damn cars and WALK. Most of you are young enough, handle it. Conclusion: You will think of Leo’s the next time you let your friend convince you to try a new taquero on some corner, where the tacos are the size of a pancake, the garnishes rival a salad bar, and *cheap*. You just sold your palette for quantity, and you’ll wonder«Why do I let this _mamón_drag me to places? He’s a vegetarian!»
