One of those hidden gems scattered around downtown la. I got their tuna sandwich(my favorite sandwich) and it was pretty good. I would recommend this place whether its from reading Unilocal or you just happen to be passing by.

I have been here a few times and I keep coming back because of the very friendly staff and great service! It’s a cozy spot in the heart of DTLA to grab some food and coffee(also very instagram-able haha) I had the le café panini(turkey, cheese, tomato, spinach I believe) and freshly squeezed orange juice and it came out very quickly, and of course was very delicious! Highly recommend!

Owner is super super friendly and I loved his smile. He made my day. I just came here for tea to go as we had somewhere else that we needed to be on time. I took a chance on this small place and glad that I did.

This is a small boutique café in St Vincent Court, in the jewelry district of downtown Los Angeles. Parking can be found on the surrounding streets easily, and runs between $ 10-$ 20. I walked in here today to get a hot cup of joe. Since I’m big on lattes, I opted for a mocha latte. Their quality is pretty good, compared to most commercial coffee spots. They do put quite a bit of chocolate syrup, so I had to emphasize to only put a bit of it, as I’m not into the overly-sugared drinks. The small mocha latte cost me $ 3.25, and a small bottle of water cost me $ 1.00. There is a table to sit inside, and a bench with tables just outside the shop. I sat there for about 15 minutes until the Persian restaurant across the way opened. I chatted with local business owners. It’s a good place to recharge on caffeine on your walk through downtown LA.

The owner of Le Café Bonjour is a super friendly guy who makes the most amazing lattes. If you are downtown by the Saint Vincent Center, this place is in the alley along with several other restaurants. He makes nice traditional sandwiches and salads as well.

I was not expecting such a good experience but I have to say that for a little downtown coffee shop I was very suprised. The owner is a very nice gentleman. He makes great coffee and creates really cool artwork with the foams which goes to show how much love he puts into his business. I tried the tuna sandwich and it was really good, nothing fancy but it got the job done. This place is located in an alley with a bunch of other restaurants. There is only outside seating but if you want a good cup of coffee and a quiet place to sit, I would definitely recommend checkin it out.

Cute mom and pops shop located down the italian alley(look for a big coffee sculpture). The affogato presentation was pretty and the guy who worked there was a sweet heart. Was expecting it to be more of a hipster café but I was wrong. Only downside is that I had a wiff of nasty(sewer?) in the alley way.

What can I say to express how much I love this place and being a regular there. This cosy café is located in a semi covered alley in the diamond district. The atmosphere is very European and it is frequented by many old men sitting around drinking coffee all day. The coffee therefore is of course traditional and truly excellent. this is no starbucks… The owner and his staff are really friendly and it’s always a pleasure to find time to make it there for a coffee. Try it out!

Le Café Bonjour has definitely been one of the most disappointing and upsetting coffeeshops I have visited. For one, the pictures make this place seem like a God-sent… a super pleasant café to enjoy a wonderful cup of coffee. NOPE! The place is a tiny hole in the wall café in a very dingy alley. Coming here on a cloudy day also made the entire visit a bit depressing. Since the seating is all outside, the alleyway definitely plays a role in the ambiance of the coffeeshop. The coffeeshop is kind of a fusion between a café and a liquor store. Really cramped. The alleyway was extremely dirty… and the day I went, it smelled like HEAVY urine! So happy I was meeting with people… so I wasn’t just sitting in a grungy environment drinking a poorly made capp. Coffee art? I’ve given up on seeing people make coffee art(unless you asked for it, or it’s for display purposes). The guy just blotched the foam on top, and then handed it to me. So all these fantastic designs other people have gotten… bewilders me… Also, I asked for my drink«for here», and the guy gave me a to-go cup. Oddly enough, the person I met with had an actual cup. Do they only have one cup? Such a disappointment. Not my kind of place. Quite far from it…

Best matcha latte in los angeles! I’ve gotten the same drink at starbucks, coffee bean, and tom n toms but they are always too grainy or too thick. He really takes the time to make the best matcha latte I’ve had. Parking is a hassle though so I recommended using public transportation.

The coffee is always great, service is super friendly. It might take a little while but let’s just they they’re making your food and drinks with care. :) Delicious egg sandwiches. Nicely tucked away from the bustling traffic on 7th Street.

Best hand made coffee I’ve ever had. I get the Vanilla Iced Latte. I also love their mushroom rice with salad. Great meal for non-meat eaters. A must stop for something light and healthy in you are in the area.
