This place asked if debit was fine and charged me 1.50 for the service fee without telling me or a sign being setup, when I told the cashier that there needs to be notification about the service fee she looked at me dumb and said«ok» the food took about 15mins and i only ordered chicken strips and fries. My meal was around $ 9.50 and after the fee and tax I ended up paying almost 13.00. Highly disappointed!

Don’t come here! Save your money. Me And my husband came here on a Friday afternoon and we ordered a pizza(small Hawaiian pizza) And a Philly cheesesteak and were charged $ 24+(no drink, the drink here cost 2.75 for a pink lemonade) what a rip off when we can go somewhere better for more quality food The people preparing the food don’t wear gloves and I didn’t see them wash there hands. Would not recommend this place,

As I’m walking the streets of downtown LA I see this place. I walk right past as I was on my way to Ross. I had to walk pass it again to get to the bus stop. I decided that I didn’t want to cook tonight so let me pick something up. So I walked right now, I was greeted by a older lady and she gave me a menu as I’m looking thru the menu she let’s me know what she has. So I decided on the chicken fingers. Glad I did. They were so good. I think it was a little pricey but its worth it. I’ll be back soon. PS. They do deliver in the area which is a plus if you work down there.

Exactly what I was looking for. Hidden in the bustling DTLA area next to the Los Angeles Theater. Pizza slices actually felt cooked together and not just the crust and stuff microwaved on top like the other local places. I’ll be back when I have my craving.

This is the best Pizza in DTLA! I found this place wandering around the downtown area when I first moved to Los Angeles. I was skeptical at first, the restaurant is a hole in the wall and looks pretty dingy. Any fears or apprehensions I may have had were quickly gone. You can buy a slice for $ 2 and they usually have pepperoni and cheese hot and ready to go. The pizza tastes like heaven in your mouth! The sauce makes the pizza for me and this sauce is nothing but spectacular. It goes great with the crust, which isn’t too thin, it’s nice and soft and chewy. My favorite thing here would have to be the Calzone. Ham, Mushrooms, and Jalapenos, throw in some cheese and extra sauce and I’m done! I haven’t had any of the other deli food, such as the sandwiches and burgers, but I’m looking forward to trying them I’m still trying to get enough pizza. Unless you’re ordering a slice, I would place the order around 45 minutes before you plan on eating. They do deliver in the DTLA area, but tend to be short handed, so delivery can take awhile. You can also pick it up, which is 100 times quicker.

Kiss Pizza is a hit or miss for me. I’m appreciative to have more options in downtown and remember devouring the pie the first time I ordered from them when I was reeeeally, reeeeeally tipsy but the second time I ordered from them I thought it was mediocre. Third time’s a charm? Maybe. I like that they’re willing to make my pizza with an alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce. The prices are reasonable and the delivery was fast.

I say more like 3.5 stars really. The crust is delicious on their pizza. Perfect combination of chewy and crunchy. WARNING: The place is pretty small and there’s not a bathroom. Also, if you order anything outside of pizza it may take a while.

We just ordered from here and were really satisfied. Ordered a small pizza, 5 pc hot wings and fried– free delivery. They said food would arrive in 45 minutes but they were a few mins early which was great! Food tasted great. Pizza was really cheesy and they didn’t skimp on the mushrooms. The fries and chicken wings were also really good. We would order from here again for sure!

Who ever put the directions to this place was a f*cken idiot. It took us about 20 minutes to figure out were exactly this place was. When we finally found the place we ordered a small Chicken pizza. The price wasn’t bad for the size and taste of that delicious pizza. The lady that took our order was a middle age«Mexican» lady. She thought we were poor. Well she got me right. But, it’s all cool.

Kiss delivers in downtown. It has a small pizza for a little over $ 7. I had my reservations about Kiss since I’ve never heard of it, and the name seemed a bit off center. My daughter ordered a small pizza and garlic bread on a Tuesday afternoon. The pizza was chewy with a great balance of NY flavors. It was delicious.

Interesting crust. Pretty good actually. However, I was told that I would have my pizza within 50 minutes and it was more like 80 minutes and this was at 3pm(not even a rush time). Either way, it was a solid pizza and I would probably eat it again – I’d just order way before I actually get hungry or pick the thing up.

Had this pizza for the first time tonight. Ordered a large pizza, half Hawaiian, half Supreme. Also ordered a Carne Asada Torta sandwich. I was a little leery on ordering since there were only like 11 reviews, and some of them were bad ones. But Pizza Next Door refused to answer their phone several tries, so said what the heck, and ordered from Kiss. Glad I did! Both were super hot and delicious! Delivery was free, and fast. They quoted 37 minutes for delivery on an artwalk night, and made it here in exactly 30. Loved the crust on the pizza. Not too thin/crunchy, but not anywhere near thick and doughy. Even with all the cheese and toppings, crust was perfect, and not soggy or under done. Great topping/cheese ratio! Even cheese on whole pizza, but not a mountain of it like Pizza Next Door’s. Toppings in every bite. The torta was soo yummy! A little messy and saucy, but finger licking good. The salsa on the side made it just perfection to the tastebuds.

I just got done attempting to eat my meal from Kiss Pizza and wish I could get my money and time back. I’m staying at the Westin Bonaventure and ordered delivery. I was told my veggie pizza and wings would be here in 45 minutes. Well… An hour and 10 minutes later my delivery person arrived. The pizza box was so soggy it was almost falling apart on the bottom due to taking so long to get here. I tried the pizza, it was COLD, and it was inedible due to the temperature and consistency after everything had congealed due to the inordinate amount of time for it to get delivered. I figured I’d move on to the wings & fries and hopefully have better luck due to being in a styrofoam box and aluminum foil, nope! The wings were overcooked and arrived COLD and the fries were COLD and just plain disgusting. EEK!!!

This place has the most delicious pizza. The sauce and dough are full of flavor. I refuse to order from anywhere else. The service is great and the taste beats 9th avenue(my former fave) by a long slide.

Ordered here by default because Rocket Pizza was closed. Blessing in disguise. YUMMY! I got the meat lover’s pizza. Will order from them again. Reasonable delivery time.

Remember that time I hated pizza? Yeah, I don’t either, but if that time ever existed, I’d just go to Kiss and order a slice of pepperoni and remember«yup, pizza is awesome» At first, when a friend said this place was awesome, I was skeptical. Very Skeptical. It looks kind of dingy from the outside and like it’s been around for ages. But sometimes you’re hungry, lazy, and don’t want to eat from all the other food place you’ve tired of after 2 years in downtown so leaves this place. I ordered a nice little greasy slice of pepperoni. It tasted like heaven. The crust was fantastic. Soft and chew and tasty. All this awesome, and the price is right! I think a slice of pizza is around $ 2, a medium(which is about the size of a pizza hut large) pizza delivered is about $ 10 with no delivery fee. This place is now my favorite pizza place in downtown.

The first thing I do when I get a Menu Flyer from a restaurant is go to Unilocal to see the reviews… The first time I got a flyer from Kiss Pizza there were no reviews. I was a little hesitant about ordering but I figured might as well give it a try since not too many places deliver to my building. So I ordered the Hot Pastrami Sandwich combo with fries and a Philly Cheese Sammie. Verdict? WOW! This Pastrami Sammie is REALLYGOOD! I wasn’t expecting too much so I was really surprised. The fries tasted like McDonald’s French fries too! ++!!! The Philly was aiiiight, not as good as the Pastrami. They also gave me a free order of Bread Sticks for 1st purchase. My Fiancé loveeeeed the bread sticks. They are super garlicky and buttery. Yummm I didn’t get around to writing them a review then because I had to go for a second round to really make a decision on whether or not I really like this joint. So I ordered the Pastrami Combo again and the BBQ Chicken Pizza today for lunch and the Pastrami was just as good as the first time! The BBQ Chicken Pizza was pretty good too. YAY! The portions are perfect for me but I think for a big guy with a big stomach this might be too small. Delivery time was around 40 minutes. I am definitely going to be ordering a lot of delivery from here going forward. YAY! (I wonder how they get their fries to taste like Mickie D’s fries!!! =)
