First of all this review is solely based on the service and hygiene. The flake blonde persian lady who works the cashier alot, who i believe is maybe the owner, is extremely rude! When i placed my order she was not nice or friendly at all. And to make matters worse when i went to use the restroom, the fake blonde persian lady was also in there and after she came out of the stall she left right away back in the restaurant and DIDNOTWASHHERHANDS ! Never going there again.

HOWTOFINDIT: At the northwest corner of Hill &7th, look for a big round theater-style marquee with a diamond on the top of it. Walk under the marquee and look for a stairway that says«Mezzanine Offices» overhead. The restaurant is at the top of one flight of stairs. I had the chicken breast kebab, which was delicious. I was served pita & tzatziki before my meal came out. I recommend saving the pita & tzatziki to eat with the kebab, because the flavors go so well together. The service was friendly, and the meal arrived surprisingly quickly. I came on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn’t crowded at all. My guess is that it’s more popular on weekdays because it seems like a great lunch spot for people with offices in the downtown jewelry district.

This was by far one of the best boneless chicken breast kabobs I’ve had. The portion was big, the quality of the rice and chicken was perfect, and the service was very quick! I highly recommend you try this if you are ever in Downtown LA. Thank you for the great food!

You guys… this place… SOGOOD!!! So, I’ve been to this particular location several times. It’s been several restaurants over the years but I have to say, this one is the best thus far. I had the soltani plate and it was BOMB. The rice is some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The proteins were seasoned just right and cooked to perfection. It came with pita bread and hummus — both super tasty. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating and the prices are definitely comparable for the area. This place is tucked away on the 2nd floor above a jewelry store. It’s right on the corner of 7th& Hill — just look for the sign. I will definitely return!

Best Persian food in DTLA. Everything is so delicious and their portions are very generous. From their amazing kababs, perfectly made rice, and delicious stews. The owners make you feel like family. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Thank you.

Definitely a Middle Eastern spot to try if you are in DTLA for lunch or early dinner. A few reasons why I like this restaurant: 1) Nice accommodating service from the owners 2) Large portions of rice and meats of of your choice. $ 8.50 for beef koobideh??? 3) Easy to walk to location.(You need to walk upstairs to find this restaurant) 4) Beef Koobideh tasted pretty good. Beef is seasoned just right, the basmati rice is hot and fluffy. Will make this my regular Persian/Middle Eastern fast food when in DTLA.

Rubina and husband are friendly, courteous and professional. I’ve been eating their food for years, ever since their previous location at Grand Central Market. When they moved to 7th and Hill, we followed them. Excellent Persian food!

Delicious. I ordered the Barg kabob(thin sliced sirloin steak charbroiled) along with the Shirazi salad(diced tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, mint, and parsley). Pita bread as an appetizer was fresh and soft, served with hummus.

I’ve tried almost every single Persian restaurant in Downtown LA and honestly, Kabob & More’s Kababs are really delicious. I ordered Soltani Kabob which consists of Barg and Koobideh, so I highly recommend both of them.
