I was a day away from walking into a jewelry store chain and purchasing an engagement ring for my soon-​to-​be fiancée. I’d already found the stone, the shape, and the band that I wanted. When a friend of mine overheard this, she nearly jumped out of her skin before demanding that I wait. She said that she knew someone that I had to talk to before I purchased my ring, and put me in touch with Roy from Jewels by Royal.
Above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe the level of service that Roy and his team provided for me. I’d already designed the ring and was set on that particular design, and Jewels by Royal was more than happy to work within those confines. They not only found a band that was similar to what I had been looking at, they found a center stone that blew anything I’d find at a standard retail store out of the water. I was on a tight budget and within that budget he was able to double the carat size in comparison to the ring I was going to be buying.
He invested a great deal of time in searching out the stone and in ensuring it’s quality. Even better, he kept me up to speed every step of the way. Roy was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I have since proposed to my now-​fiancée and, like myself, she was blown away by the ring. It is beautiful beyond anything I expected.
