There is not one day that goes by without me thinking how much I love my ring. I am so grateful for Franks service and guidance in choosing a beautiful and timeless ring. Frank is a nice guy with a relaxed and friendly demeanor. I brought in some heirlooms for appraisal and ended up selling a few. Honestly, I had no idea if the price that he gave me was competitive. After I returned home I researched the value of the diamond I had sold him. An online estimate of the diamond showed that Frank paid me a fair price. He could have taken advantage of me, but he didn’t. So I recommend Gem Dynasty.

My friend and I had searched just about every diamond dealer in New York and Los Angeles for an engagement ring for his girlfriend. We had looked and spoken to online diamond and engagement ring dealers wholesale and retail. Feels like I know so much about diamonds now that I can actually teach a course about every characteristic of a diamond and the 4 Cs! It felt like most jewelers in order to make a sale tell you anything about diamond which may not be necessarily true. But not Frank! He is the most easy-​going, honest, and sincere person I have ever met. We made an appointment and went in. They have a beautiful office in middle of jewelry district, aka diamond district. He has a huge inventory of mostly all GIA certified diamonds and he showed us more than we wanted to see. Frank was very patient and treated us with kindness. My friend found the perfect diamond for the fraction of the price that we saw in other stores. We are truly grateful to have come across Gem Dynasty!

We approached several diamond dealers with a solitaire we had for sale. All of them were emailed the GIA certification, and all of them came back with a quote. All of them except for Gem Dynasty.
The response we received from Frank was one you expect in a used car salesman manual: «we are interested in buying your stone, what time you want to come in tomorrow?».
After my follow-​up email with a request for a price range he would consider (based on the certification), — no response.
It’s the typical ‘get them in the door first’ approach you find in training manuals, rather than any helpful input. I would give the benefit of the doubt, but the lack of response to my follow-​up indicates his sentiment: lost interest after the blunt approach didn’t work.

Frank is awesome! Gem Dynasty was not what I expected. It is a 1-​on-​1 setting and not a store front. Frank really helped me out with what I wanted to buy for my fiancé’. I made a purchase with him on my 2^nd visit and I didn’t feel 100% with my purchase. I gave Frank a call and I told him how I felt, he invited me back and made sure that I got the best deal possible. Frank really makes you feel comfortable and he doesn’t force you to buy anything. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my fiancé won’t stop starring at her ring. THANKS AGAIN FRANK!
