Not that happy for safety reasons. The first time I experienced a scary incident was a very hard landing. It shocked everyone including the stewardess when I asked what happened and she said she didn’t know but at least we are ok. The second time was when the AC kept having problems and the heat would turn on instead. It was awful and could hardly breathe. When things like AC or heating or anything electrical is malfunctioning that plane should be inspected and not in the air. It is serious.
I avoid Jet Blue after the 2^nd incident.

The terminal was horrific because there were no food options besides burger king and gladstone’s. Spent $ 30 on shrimp that gave me food poisoning. Anyway the actual airline staff was soooo amazing. I’ll love them forever. Because I had food poisoning they locked off one bathroom for me only. They gave me vomit bags and constantly checked on me. They offered me ginger ale, alka seltzer, crackers, etc. Amazing.
So about the flight, we boarded quickly and departed on time. Arrived a half hour early. The plane was amazing. Tvs in the head rest with movies and direct TV channels plus music. Free wifi and plugs for your charger at every seat. Unlimited free snacks and sodas. Very roomy seats. Amazing head rests.
This is my new airline… except that the terminal is horrible.

Worst airline ever! They lost my luggage twice, once going to my destination & again on my return trip. My connecting flight #487 was delayed in Boston for over 2 hours due to computer problems in the cockpit. I guess I should just be great full that we didn’t fall from the sky… they are so cheap that they only issue a $ 30 credit for losing part of your life… DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE OR HAVE A DEATH WISH!

I LOVE JetBlue. MORE LEG ROOM – and FREE WIFI!
Yes, you read that right, free wi-​fi. And AC power outlets for every seat!
And JetBlue’s standard legroom is what you get if you upgrade to premium economy on other airlines. You feel like a human being – not a claustrophobic sardine.
It’s SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE on JetBlue, than, say, United or American.
Virgin America is close, but always tends to be more expensive.
Each seat has excellent on-​screen entertainment. The food choices are good and reasonable, with unlimited free brand-​name snacks.
And – they fly nonstop from BUR to JFK!
If you’re flying to NY or Florida, JETBLUE IS ALWAYS THE BEST CHOICE!

Compared to all of the JetBlue terminals across the nation, this is by far the worst. The terminal is very run down. Virgin American and Spirit also fly out of the terminal. When it comes to food, your options are limited. There is one main restaurant, Starbucks and a few grab and go places. Quite disappointing.

Wilson wanted a sandwich but they didn’t have any sandwiches and also I wanted a cheese plate & also babies cry and airplanes are loud.

Recently used Jetblue for the first time for a round trip flight from LA to Florida… Both ways were right on time… Loved the flight and the space in a regular seat is really spacious and I’m a big guy, I could stretch my legs out nicely… Flight attendants and desk staff were all very nice and helpful… Love the free Flyfi and Directv tv w tv screen in front of each seat… Snacks were plentiful and drinks… Oh and recent pay per view movies for only $ 5 each… They had Creed, Star Wars, Hunger Games and more
At the end of the flight they came around and gave everyone a nice hot towel to freshen up… Really Nice Touch
Had No problems with baggage claim on either end as well
Jet Blue is going to be our new Airline of choice 100% if they r going to where we are

Jet Blue is hands down the best airline I have every chosen to fly with. All of the seats were comfortable, even the ones in coach in the back the plane. Every seat had a TV, an outlet to charge electronics, free wifi, and free snacks. I don’t think I will ever fly with any other airline again!

Jet blue has great flight the problem with flying this airline and other around terminal 3 no bar to drink at but Gladstones huge negative!!! Also no good food in terminal 3 star bucks and burger King…****

Do not buy this fraud insurance. This company Allianz and JetBlue is such a fraud. I booked my flight during on of their specials with insurance and now need to cancel my trip. The insurance covers only if you lost your job (had to work their 3 consecutive years and had to have been no fault of your own) or medical reason. I guess it’s my fault for not reading the fine print but it costs $ 60 to change flight itinerary or $ 60 to cancel. Needless to say during the specials (which is when I bought it), you pretty much just lose a ton of money because of this. Multiply it by two because I booked it for two people. I’m so disappointed how they do business. Southwest Airlines let’s you cancel or make changes with no fees and not to mention, bags fly free. JetBlue sucks balls. Book another airline.

Why are we not allowed to rate ZERO stars?
Jet Blue is the worse company I have EVER dealt with in my life. And I do fly quite a bit.
They canceled my ticket without telling me.
They are blaming it on Amex (I called Amex. Not their fault. Besides, for all of you Amex card holders — have you ever had a problem and NOT have Amex call you, like, right away? Please, Jet Blue).
HORRIBLE supervisors who couldn’t care less and DO NOT tell you what you’re supposed to do to dispute. Instead, they play a back and forth game of lies and bullshit, trying to point fingers at others. FINALLY, a week later, someone at Jet Blue, not a supervisor, just some nice girl who actually knows her job, gave me the address to write to, told me what to do, what to write and how to handle it. It’s going to take «8 years» probably. No phone calls. No e-​mails. Only letters.
Couldn’t one of the 2 or 3 supervisors I spoke to, have given me that information? Instead of «Oh, it’s not our fault we canceled your ticket on December 31^st, and you’re now going to have to spend money on a hotel room on New Year’s Eve and spend $ 900 the next day to fly out».
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible people.
Seriously, if you can. Fly with another company. ANY other company.

December 27, 2015, at approximately 5:30 am, we attempted to obtain our son’s boarding pass for his prepaid ticket from the kiosks. The kiosks would not give us a boarding pass so my husband, my 12-​year-​old son and, myself went into the line we had queued up in on previous occasions, it is marked for customers with boarding passes only who need to check baggage.
We had our ticket, but the boarding pass was not obtainable from the kiosk.
We were checking baggage.
Although, we did not have a boarding pass we had used this line previously as instructed by JetBlue Staff to check in our minor child who was flying alone.
Our son flies to the east coast two to three times per year and we have used JetBlue for his flight service on many occasions so we are familiar with this carrier and its policies.
One of the agents yelled out «Do you have boarding passes» in a very condescending and aggressive manner, my husband answered the ticket agent «No, sorry the machine is not working», the man once again but louder replied, «then you’re in the wrong line! Get into the other line!».
Everyone, stunned and looking at one another paused for a moment not sure how to respond.
My husband then spoke up «But, this is the line I have been told to use for my child who is traveling alone», the agent once again in a more aggressive tone said to our family «No, you need to go to the back of that line!.» The counter rep just stared at us as a means of intimidation.
Now, we’re feeling a personal attack for reasons unknown.
My husband said, «that’s ok, I’ll wait to speak to another agent».
The bullying and aggressive behavior did not end there.
The agent Cisco then puffed up and said, «get to the back of the line».
My husband asked for a manager and neither agent would call for a manager and ignored the request.
A female agent told the two men «If a customer asks for a manager you have to call for one», the first agent said he wouldn’t call so, the female agent made the call even though she wasn’t officially open and available to assist customers.
She then informed us the manager would not be available for 15 minutes.
Side note: When flying out of LAX 15 minutes is cutting it close due to security lines potentially taking as much as 45 minutes or more.
The manager eventually emerged holding a cup of coffee, dressed
casually as if he was pulling bags off of planes on the tarmac.
His demeanor was put off from the start as we began the conversation.
He did not want to assist us and never listen to a single word we had said to him. His response when we wanted to file the issuance with the reps regarding proper conduct and customer service was he said that he felt that we were a threat and would not take a report about the customer service and he would not allow our son to fly.
Our customer complaint would result in our being restricted from flying that morning.
This seems to be a common occurrence due to heightened threats allowing airline staff members to arbitrarily make decisions based upon their particular mood to threaten consumers to do what they say and don’t rock the boat or they will lose their right to fly.
Additionally; we had paid extra fees to have the services JetBlues offers for minors flying alone, but none of those services where offered on this particular morning, only threats toward us and cohersion if we did in fact complain.
The manager of the LAX location, Justin is an example to his staff members and they all project his same attitude and service standards with the exception of the woman who assisted in calling the manager that morning.
JetBlue should rethink their management for this location and put someone who is better suited to work with the public, support the staff when they are not feeling capable of working with the public or not in the mood to assist people. I expressed to Justin, how his unprofessionalism was going to be the demise of this location and he should really rethink how he is the main component of how each employee performs for the corporation, but obviously, his only resolve was to threaten us again that our son would not be flying because he felt that I was a threat by saying that.
My husband whispered to me «stop he’s crazy, he will take away our son’s ability to fly.»
Los Angeles is a stressful environment but without any standards in place to ensure proper conduct we will end up like the wild west!

Thanks JetBlue. I booked my Mint tickets to and from NJ for my fiancé and I 3 months ago for thanksgiving. I just got my itinerary and you guys «released» my seats a few days ago and gave them to another passenger. Now my fiancé and I aren’t sitting next to each other. What is the point of reserving seats (especially Mint) if you don’t hold the reservation? I fly Mint all the time and this is my first trip with my fiancé, how could you guys do this to me?
I’m going to think about finding a new carrier for my long hauls. Wish you hadn’t done this to us. I expect more from JB.

If you can help it, don’t fly JetBlue.
The planes are almost always delayed.
They fly in and out of small congested terminals. The staff never seem to be able to answer a question. There’s just not much of a draw with this airline unless you’re getting the best ticket price possible. I was not. On board there’s barely any food. Entertainment is costly and mediocre. I’m trying to find something good to say. Ummmmm. I guess the planes seem new-​ish. But nobody is going out of there way here to make improve your journey. It’s kinda like traveling on the crosstown bus.

I booked through Jet blue and found it to be a great experience. I don’t fly very much however the aircraft was great and great use to fly to JFK

I flew to the Dominican Republic with jet blue. When I arrived I found items stolen out of my checked bag. Called them to ask and they directed me to people I didn’t even understand. No follow up from them ever! Lost my brand new 400 dollar camera I got as a gift for this trip and they didn’t even care. I will gladly pay more to fly with a different airline next time. I took photos of my ziplock bags that were ripped in to so they could take items out of it and they didn’t even care!

I had a great flight from JFK to LAX tonight.
Had gotten a decent deal on first class tickets. Sooo much better than first in the regular domestic airlines like Delta/​AA ++ which I’ve ended up flying quite a few times in the past. Great service, crew was super attentive and welcoming. Food and drinks was amazing, seats were super comfy.
Will def fly again!

Very poor inconsistent customer service. I called 4 hours before my flight asking for options in case I didn’t make my flight due to a situation out of my control (mud slides cause the closure of all major roads to LA). They said we could have our change flight fee waived due to the situation being out of our control. We decided to see if we could somehow still make it, when we realized we weren’t, i called back 3 hrs later and was told I couldn’t have my change fee waived. If I would have known they weren’t going to be consistent with this, I would have just changed my flight the first time without having to pay the fee.
I understand there’s rules and policies to this, but please be consistent at least! Never again.

Going back and forth from NYC, my family and I always take Jetblue and I have to say that their customer service is amongst the best. The planes are nice, you get your own TV with free DirectTV, free movies, and free snacks (and they are not stingy)!
One of my relatives went to NY and due to weather issues, her flight got cancelled however, we had a family trip that everyone was leaving for the following morning. So I called Jetblue customer service and the agent that helped me was on the phone with me for 3 hours but she managed to get my relative on a different flight (that somehow did not get cancelled) and got her home so that she was able to make it on our family trip.
Every flight that I have flown on has always been on time/​early.
Compared to the other airlines out there… jetblue really shines.

I was taking a flight to Boston and decided on JetBlue. The aircraft had plenty of room. the personnel were friendly and we had a fairly comfortable flight. We were given free movies during the flight. The draw back is that the screens are super small. It’s okay if you’re the size of a flea or something, so prepare to squint. The interior of the plane needed some serious updating. Control buttons did not work, tears in the seats, that type of stuff. All minor but it make one wonder, … if they are not keeping up here, … hmmmmm, … what about the overall maintenance? Dont EVEN get me started on the plane on the return flight!!!
So plenty of legroom, friendly service, reasonable price. I would use them again!

I went from Los Angeles to Boston and the flight was great, it was an overnighter and very comfortable trip giving that they have more room, bigger seats. Stewardesses were nice. Each seat has a video monitor free Directv, movies are $ 5 each if you want, they offered complimentary snacks and drinks (full size not the tiny drinks you get at most airlines).
The odds of getting bumped are less in Jet Blue does what they can to prevent overbooking.
They were a little late in getting us boarded but some people were either spending time studying their carry on luggage on how to pick it up, examining each piece and possibly massaging it and loving it before finally thinking «hey maybe I should get off the plane now».then walking very slowly as in a stupor .
Guy next to me decided he’d use both seats to sleep, his head almost in my lap I finally punched him in the %#% face… kidding, just nudged him over a bit.

A complete joke of an airline. I have never had a worse experience with and airline!!! After canceling out flight because «it didn’t have enough people» they just decided that we would be on a flight the next day with a 6 hour layover. Of course staying in NY the extra night with 5 family member would not be be covered by jetblue since «we gave you hours of notice that the flight was canceled.
I will never use this airline for personal travel or for business travel for my company of 200 employees.
Absolutely pathetic experience. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

My current and past Jet Blue flights have been good experiences. Seats are spacious and comfy. The plane I’m on now is clean. Flight attendants greeted people with a smile and spoke upon boarding. There is free unlimited snacks and drinks, wi-​fi, directv, and Sirius XM radio stations as well as items and movies for purchase. I love the individual tv’ sin the back of each seat too. Flight attendants were swift with boarding and the plane left on time. Best part… the pilot is a female!

jet blue gave me the best flight of my life last week, and no, it wasn’t at all influenced by the valium!
seriously, the crew on my particular flight from boston to los angeles was amazing. an interior portion of the plane fell apart (nothing super important, an aesthetic component) early in the flight, and the crew quickly moved the affected passengers and handled everything with aplomb.
as a result, beverages and snacks were delayed until almost halfway through the flight. the stewardess was so helpful despite all of the chaos, not at all harried or impatient. i ordered their vegan kale salad (yum!), and when i opened it, there was no fork. i headed back to the galley to request a fork. upon seeing my forkless salad, the stewardess replaced it entirely, refused to charge me AND offered me up a drink of my choice. a fresh and tasty kale salad with a side of jack daniels made the rest of the flight a breeze, especially with the human amount of legroom jet blue provides.
i also really like the way jet blue boards by row as opposed to check in groups. it’s much more egalitarian and effective and also ensures your baggage is in your own overhead bin.

I’ve had such mixed experiences on JetBlue. I’ve had terrible experiences in the past where entire flights were held for just one or two people, delaying everyone. But barring that aspect, I do enjoy the ample leg room in coach, the cupholder on the back of the seats when the table is up, and the delicious blue chips. The new thing I saw this time was the little fridge and cabinet that is stocked with snacks and drinks that you can pick up at your own convenience. I saw some guy immediately go up and grab 4 bags of potato chips. Classy.
At least that option is there. But don’t abuse it.
Oh, did I forget to mention first checked luggage is free? Huge.

Flew to Boston Logan from lax on jetblue. It was a 6:50 flight so needless to say I knocked out when I got on board. I do like that they board from the rear to the front. I always thought that makes the most sense. The terminal is shared with spirit and Frontier which means the crowd may have some riff raff. Just kidding of course. But not really kidding…

First time flying Jet Blue and I will fly with them again for the great customer service. Though I will more than likely splurge for the extra space seats and I will tell you why.
Our flight from LAX to JFK left at 9:11pm on 03÷02÷15 it was a packed flight. I had bought a vacation package through Orbitz and was unable to sit my friend and I together. We both had middle seats hers in front of me. I was actually fine until the aisle passenger arrived, she wore a bulky jacket with fur and it kept hitting me in the face. She started shouting over the seats to her friend, who obviously was unable to be seated with her… Lucky bum. I spent the entire flight with my arms crossed coffin style, she invaded my personal space more times than I can count and when I tried talking to her she played the whole, I don’t speak English card and then proceeded to order a cocktail. Horrible!
Flight back home was much smoother but I definitely could use a bit more room to move.

This is tough to write. I’m a gold Virgin America member and I worked hard to get to gold. But, the prices up front have been getting out of control so last week I tried Mint on Jet Blue.
Now, i take jet Blue to Las Vegas and other short haul spots, but I’m tall so I’ve never done the east coast swing… until now… cue the music!!!
It was heaven. Lie flat seats, pre flight cocktail (delish btw) and a very tasty meal. Oh, have I mentioned the Birch Box amenities kit? Really? Well, I will. You get a nice Birch Box kit at the end of the flight. And another warm towel. Score.
The flight attendant was perfect (Tevano, I think) and every other thing that could make a great flight was great. Did I mention the Birch Box?
I guess the ultimate compliment is I came home and quickly booked my next trip.

Always loved flying JetBlue JFK-​LAX, but had been swayed by Virgin America’s swanky cabins for a few years… We just tried JetBlue Mint and I love it even more! For less than half of what it costs to fly first class on other airlines, the Mint experience is above and beyond: lie flat bed seats, comfy pillow and duvet, incredible attentive service, excellent food selection…

Total FAIL from JetBlue, and any commitment to passenger safety and comfort.
So, I am on flight from CA to NY, and the passenger in front of me had his FOOT next to my food tray! I asked the flight attendant to please ask him to not do that, and she flat out refused, and told me if I didn’t want him to do it (PUT HIS FOOT NEXT TO MY FOOD), I would have to ask him myself! Are you kidding me? I could not take a nap myself, because if I laid my head on my tray… yeah…smelly assed foot in my face. If I rested my head against the wall… smelly assed foot in my face. The flight attendant would not come to my seat after this request, and ignored me every time she passed and I tried to get her attention. The passenger completely ignored my requests to remove their foot, and since I had my daughters with me, I did not want to insight any kind of violent response that we could not escape from.

Service is great! They take drinks order individually instead of pushing the cart so it might take a while to get the drinks.
They serve snacks. There is a station called JetBlue Market Place. You can take more drinks & snacks yourself.
