Depends on the night. I’ve been in line for over 10 minutes or as little as a few minutes. They never seem to have a good variety of salads though. Only the club most of the time. They were nice enough to give me more chicken one night. Can be a hassle getting into the location if you’re coming up north on fairfax.

Horrible. We had a simple… straight off the menu order for a family of 5. 20 minutes to get our order. Them when we got it, all 4 tacos were cold. Requested new ones. Know one seems to know their job or how to do it efficiently. They need a good manager who knows how to run things smoothly. In a half hour no one came out to clean tables. Unacceptable

Drive thru service sucks I’ve been coming here for a while and I wasn’t asked if I wanted any ketchup, hot sauce, or buttermilk they’re stingy with the sauces and they often forget to put a straw in bag for the drink. terrible and unprofessional service!

I have gone there 3 times after work late night(bartender life) and EVERY time they have been out of salads! So just in case you are looking for something on the healthier side of late night fast food dining, do not go here. And no… they don’t care if salads are the only thing you can eat on the menu.

First time visit to this location was about 3 months ago, around 9:30pm. Not crowded at all in dining room or drive thru. Waited 5 ½ minutes to place the order, and had to repeat several things because our cashier(young male), was bored and inattentive. The food(onion rings, jalapeño poppers) were extremely overcooked, like they were left in the fryer an extra 5 minutes. My boyfriend’s sausage/egg biscuit was dried out and the cheese was rubbery and not at all melted. Gave this place another try, and it was just as disappointing. Dry, overcooked food, and bad service. Won’t bother with a 3rd visit. Normally enjoy Jack in the Box as far as fast food goes, but this store is lousy.

Today marks the day that I’ve finally had it. I have been going to this jack in the box since 2012 three years later they still manage to mess up my order and forget to include items I have paid for. Normally I just let it go but I’ve been trying to call for over an hour and the line has been busy! I’m calling again in the morning to figure out how I can complain to corporate considering the fact that this is a franchise. I will not let this go.

This Jack is great. Fast and had no problems. They have never messed up my order or over charge for a item. I only gave them 3 Stars cause of the cost of the combos. They keep going up. The other day my lunch was more than a restaurant. But they offer breakfast all day! That’s a big plus. And there Oreo Shake is the best in fast food! Cheers!

HORRIBLESERVICE! I walked in to first use the restroom, it didn’t have any paper towels so I walked to the cashier to ask her for a napkin or a paper towel and to inform her that the restroom was out of paper towels but couldn’t because guess what she was doing? On the phone, ignoring me the whole time and talking to her co worker. I stand their patiently for a good 3 minutes, shes still blabbing off at the mouth and she then notices me. She finally gives me some napkins to dry my hands off with then she walks AWAY! Hello, I wanted to order!!! I stand there patiently again for another minute and she then comes back up to the counter and then when Im ready to order and ask her a question, she gets on her headset and talks to someone in the drive thru and walks away AGAIN! Ridiculous. I then walked out and went to a Carls Jr. Her NAMEWASJARINTZE. Shes one of the cashiers. YOUWEREWARNED!

I used to quite enjoy Jack in the Box when it came to fast food. Unfortunately, in the past 3 years, there has been a significant decrease in the quality of food served at the chain. Recently, I decided to stop in after seeing their commercials for the Chipotle Chicken Club sandwich. I had high hopes for the sandwich, especially since McDonald’s produces pretty solid chicken sandwiches. While the combo was reasonably priced, the sandwich was so greasy I was tempted not to eat it. As is often the case when comparing the food to the commercials, the taste did not compare to the appearance on TV. The chicken was minuscule. I wish I had just gone to one of the many local non-fast food places.

Got bad bad food poisoning here. Don’t do it. I almost died. Ruined all my clothes. My mattress. My carpet. Slept 48 hours straight. Could not move or walk for 3 days. Slept, crawled to bathroom. Could not keep down water. Something is wrong here. Something is very very wrong. Eat mcdonalds and die a slow, comfortable death. Jack in the box will give you a painful three day death.

The food is what it is. You should know what it’s like and how inexpensive it is. But I choose to rate this FFJ(fast food joint) because every time I go there, the staff are always friendly. For that I eat a little less healthier. The lines are never too long and the longest I’ve ever had to wait is 5 minutes. I used to eat drive through fast food daily and I think there’s a correlation of standards of a restaurant and the happiness of the food that reflects the overall experience. It’s noticeable when employees are happy or disgruntled. If they’re not happy, I sometimes feel that that might somehow extend to my order. In any case, good experience and tasty fast food.

Worst even Being there 3 times and each and every time my order was screwup. The ladies are nice but the guys they don’t give a s***** ! The one who took my order even yank at my face!!! no hands or arm on his mouth. Someone of the staff spill a drink on the floor it took them at least 10mnts to clean it. You guys at jack corporate should check that place more often. I won’t go there anymore. That’s it.

–2 stars because I found a BONE in my meat one day(giggity). but giggity, ’twas not. in fact, it was f*ckin’ disgusting. –1 star because their Value items are actually overpriced by $ 0.20 — $ 0.50! Other Jack-in-the-Cracks have $ 0.99 chicken sandwiches! Why, pray tell, is the same thing here $ 1.19+tax or $ 1.29+tax?

Always get great service from this franchise. There are a lot of vagrants in the area so stick to drive-thru. My kids love their mini pancakes!

Ghetto-ish. Open 24 hrs which is nice. Cheap as always but interesting crowd. Usually lots of weird/strange/interesting characters. Had a guy yelling about a late order and making a huge scene. Had a homeless guy asking for $ another time, and a lady talking to herself. Lol it’s LA and life, I get it but I feel like u can’t eat in peace here necessarily, always smthg going on. I wudnt go alone after dark. Up to you

I wish I could rate it 0 stars. I was craving my spicy chicken sandwich, usually this is so amazing. So I went to my local jack in the box to get it. I walk in and theres a disgusting homeless filthy crazy person yelling and coming up to and the manager did not do anything about it. I asked for no cheese, so they decided to put two slices on each side. EW. the fried were not even warm. ITLOOKEDDISGUSTING. when i called to complain to a manager they asked me whos speaking? what type of service is this? its jack! idiots. Surprised that this place isn’t ranked better. I popped off of Fairfax today in a blitz, running so late to my appointment down the street. I was the first car in line, I placed my order one time, didn’t have to repeat it… was asked to confirm on the screen. Yup, that’s it. Pulled around, paid. The cute Latino boy(bonus point) in the window was fast, efficient, got my order right. Sandwich and fried both hot. Soda cold. Accurate change. Hauled ass out of there moments later. Made it to my appointment, no longer starving, with a minute to spare. What else can you say good about a fast food restaurant? It worked like it was supposed to. Now I have to do crunches tonight.

We were looking for breakfast around 7AM and ended up here. Sadly, all the other places on the block were closed, even one with hours posted on their door stating otherwise! This was my first Jack in the Box experience. They serve breakfast all day, so I got a sausage and egg sandwich, which tasted fine: nothing amazing, a bit processed, but warm, able to keep my hunger pangs at bay. It was a surreal eating breakfast to Eurythmics’s «Sweet Dreams», but I had good company(thanks for paying!). The cashier who helped us offered dessert after we placed our order. Not sure if that’s part of their customer service script, but I found that amusing.
