The burger was tasty… Nothing special. They seem to be a bit overwhelmed as we ordered 2 burgers to eat there and one to go. The cashier was a bit snappy and was not interested in getting a refund for the 3 burgers we go for there and 1 to go. Maybe another cashier during lunch time might be a good idea.

The burgers here are great, sort of high quality In-N-Out. Fries are incredible. That said, the service is always a little unfriendly and it’d be nice if they had a soda fountain.

3 stars purely for the service. Why are the people who work here so overtly miserable? Not even a forced smile. The food is spectacular, however. Wonderful burgers and the best fries in all the land. A wider variety of drinks would be helpful. No diet soda at all! Would be happier here with some small changes in attitude of the workers and better drink options.

This place is a hidden gem. You can find raw and cooked meats. They do everything at the location. I came in to try their burgers and bone marrow soup. Yummy. I got the basic burger and it was cooked to perfection. The bone marrow soup was so yummy. Next time I am going to get some to go. They have a refrig of the soup to go. The location is small so it’s better for take out. Staff is amazing. And they do offer some samples I also got a bag of there jerky and it was good. Everything very hipster and priced as such. Not a cheap place to go but quality is great. I plan to come back.

Prices were great, service was great, and the food was yummy in my tummy! I can definitely do this healthy fast food joint often. A few of my client shad told me about it and now I see why they love it so much! Highly recommend this for a great burger for a good deal!

Food is good. Excellent meat quality. I love the bone broth. You can ad flavor to it(ginger or chili). Parking sucks. Private parking lot for 3 cars and it’s always packed.

I wandered over to this place while waiting to get my car detailed next door, and ended up ordering their off menu«Deluxe» burger with cheese, bacon, slaw, fried onions, pickles and(my own addition) a fried egg on top. It’s amazing once you figure out how, exactly, to eat a sandwich that big.

I love their head cheese. Not many are a fan but omg it’s delicious. It’s great with a baguette, pâté & French butter. I usually have it for breakfast or lunch with coffee. I also like the fact that they have meats that are humanely raised. The butchers are friendly and knowledgeable. I like these guys because I’ve been to the one up in Marin and those guys are stuck up assholes. I’m just sayn. Shop here in DTLA for your meat! Good service & food!

This place is gross. I literally saw the cook wit the glasses eating the fried onions off the grill while he was preparing my burger then wiping is greasy fingers off on his apron, and continued cooking like nothing happend

I can’t eat fast food anymore. Even in n out makes me feel like crap. My prayers have been answered though with Belcampo. The fast food style, organic, grass-fed burgers are great. So are the fries. Even better though was the service we received from Sam(I think that was his name — I assume he was the manager). As soon as we walked in he was so nice and helpful to myself and my daughter, I’d probably come back even if I didn’t like the food. Luckily though, the food is great. I had the BBQ burger and my dad had the hotdog which he said was excellent. My daughter and I are in the area every week and tonight she said she wants to go to Belcampo for dinner every Wednesday. I guess we’ll be back.

This place is amazing. It’s rare to find a place that caters to paleo needs – even ones that focus on meat! – but Belcampo goes above and beyond. The Fairfax location is restaurant only, though they do stock some of their butchery products in addition to a small selection of sundries. I usually pick up some meat/bone broth/jerky for home after my burger. Both food and take-homes are very reasonably priced considering the quality of meat and the fact that eating pastured meat is quite trendy and thus often subjected to price hikes. I’ve had both the straightforward burger and the carnivore, which incorporates offal. Both are incredibly well cooked & seasoned and pair really well with a side of sweet potato fries. The bone broth is rich and gut healing and settles the stomach well in addition to being a warm cup of deliciousness.

Been here a couple of times, and both did not disappoint. Belcampo is a trendy fast food burger spot. But, unlike many other«farm to table /grass fed» burger spots they are owned by the very farm that produces all of the meat and poultry. So the quality truly is top quality. The price points are also very reasonable compared to rival burger joints targeting the«conscious burger consumer.» I’ve had the Fastburger, which many compare to an in n out double double — It’s a fair assessment in composition, but the grass fed meat does have rich taste not found in your go to burger chain spot. The cheddar cheese is sharp and gooey, which is the perfect complement to to the top quality meat. I have also had the Belcampo Burger which has a heartier patty, caramelized onions, cheddar, on a brioche bun. This burger is more up my alley because you can choose how your meat is prepared(medium rare is ideal). Super juicy and tasty. You can’t go wrong! Get a combo with fries and you’re golden!

The food is TODIE fresh and super healthy and I will recommend it to all of my clients!(I’m a holistic health and nutrition practitioner) Plus they have a kale cabbage slaw that is yummers and sweet potato fries that use no sugar and healthy oil which is IMPOSSIBLE to find! Thanks Ellen. I love your place and can’t believe there is fast food that can be this delicious and comes from your actual farm! Incredible!

If this kind of thing is important to you… + an anecdote The beef is grass fed, humanely raised, and organic. The cheapest option, the Fastburger, a high-end In and Out Burger basically. It was very good. The only reason they didn’t get five stars is because I think their prices are a little bit high for french fries. 12÷16÷152:00pm(2nd visit) ANECDOTE: About 5 minutes after delivering my burger to my table, the friendly guy(short cropped hair, blue shirt and hat) who did so passed by and noticed I hadn’t bitten into my burger yet. I heard him say to me, «yeah, that burger will be good… hot!». I looked up to see his big, warm smile. I appreciated the nudge to get off of my laptop and dig in. It was a nice touch… to see that he cared so much about his product and his customers’ experience. Well done. Review upgraded to 5 stars.

It was good. Not that memorable and not a place I would mention in conversation. So I would go back if I had to, but not craving a return visit by any means. Meat was great quality. Seasoning was fine. They didn’t ask how I wanted it cooked(my friend said they asked him) so I go a medium burger which was fine, but I don’t like my burger so soft. It’s tough competition in the burger world. Great service and a comfy ambiance make it worth checking out if the options are limited. Fries were great though. However if you build up a custom burger it can reach nearly $ 20. It was middle of the road for me, and if it hadn’t been for the grass fed beef, the draw of this place may not even exist.

Great all American burgers and fries. Clean flavors of high quality ingredients masterfully come together on a bun. It really doesn’t matter which burger you order, they’re all very good. The fries are fresh, with a nice crisp outside and warm toasty soft inside. Perfectly seasoned. The place itself is simple, but has a few flaws. Finding garbage cans, utensils, a place set a used water glass, and things like that are a bit tough. Otherwise the staff is friendly and the food, as previously mentioned, is pretty great. Munch on!

The breakfast bowl with sweet potatoes, greens, avocado, egg and bacon is something I have been wanting for two years since eating primarily Paleo. Thank you for this! The bone broth with ginger and turmeric is ridiculously good and it feels good drinking it(this is in reference on the health benefits of the collagen in bone broth for people who are into that.) The fast burger was super good for a quick bite during days when you’re not that hungry. $ 5 is a great price point. I have been here for a few times now and each time I am digging it more and more. Oh and the folks that work there are super cool and chill! Happy to support this business!

Randomly walked into this place on a Saturday. Customer service was great! Very helpful and super nice. My husband and I split a cheeseburger to try it with sweet potato fries. It was pretty good. The grass-fed beef was so juicy and very flavorful. They even cut the burger in half for us and plated the halves separately. Will definitely come back! PS They are paleo friendly which is great for crossfitters!

I was excited to try this new outpost of Belcampo. Although the butcher meat selection isn’t as large as their Downtown Grand Central Market location, the food was service was really great. Kudos to the woman working the register and serving. She was very helpful and informative. I ordered a burger which was 1⁄3 lb of ground sirloin and served with cheese, caramelized onions with a tomato slice. Very good. Not too much, not too small. The new discovery I found was the crispy broccolini; it is flash fried, and seasoned with lemon and crushed red pepper. Delicious! Had to get a quart of their bone broth and a package of beef jerky to go. The bone broth is worth a trip there.

I took advantage of the dollar burger special and for $ 1 the drive and wait was worth it. The burger itself reminded me a little of a burger king burger with a less tasty bun. The patty was flat like a fast food burger and I the taste fell short of delicious. But for $ 1, hell yeah! Regularly they are $ 5 which I think is steep for the quality. $ 3.50 would be more of a head turner and probably bring me back. The fries were subpar, crispy and bland, again not worth $ 4. The venue looks nice, clean and I liked the music but the overwhelming smell of greasy meat cooking made it less enjoyable. Overall, I’m glad I came but once is enough. At these prices I’d rather go to in-n-out.
