Ok, let me start off by saying that Bryan is the man! Since we got that out of the way, on to my review…
My Dad went to get his car smogged at another shop a few weeks back and it did not pass. He was «recommended» to another shop to repair the car and was given an estimate that was wayyyy out of his budget. Basically, in my opinion, they saw an opportunity to take advantage of an old man to see if he will pay the price he was quoted. Well this is where I stepped in… I found Bryan from a list that was provided by Department of Consumer Affairs so I called him to inquire. He sounded really friendly on the phone and helpful but of course I was hesitant to go to him since he wasn’t on Unilocal… I mean, who isn’t on Unilocal nowadays? I went with my gut and brought him the car yesterday anyway. Needless to say, he called me today to say the car was done and it passed the smog all for a fraction of the cost the other guy was charging! Bryan communicated by phone and text and kept me updated every step of the way. Do not hesitate to bring your car to him for any smog related needs, he’ll take care of you.
Oh by the way, I did ask him why they aren’t on Unilocal… they just opened not too long ago… well, that explains that!
