Great, quick service! One of my heel caps broke while I was at work, and I couldn’t stand the sound it made when I walked, so I went to this place on a quick break… they fixed both heels right there on the spot in less than 10 minutes. Saved my day!

Happy Shoe Repair waas great! I took my heels in to get fixed(you know that little nub at the bottom of the heel that alaways wears off) they fixed it in less then an hour and it was only $ 7! Such a deal. They were also very nice.

This guy is sooooo great. He’s given me incredible service and pricing each time. On my first visit, he convinced me I didn’t need the full repair I thought I needed and so it only cost ¼ the amount and turned out to be a better fix. I’ve taken three pairs of shoes to him now and each time it’s been a very happy shoe story…

This man is able to resurrect any shoe! I had to buy a pair of back-up black booties because I killed my go-tos. Took them to this man and he made them like-new for only $ 20! Go to the back and they’ll hem your pants for only $ 10. Petite girl needs a good hem and a great heel now and then :)

When the right heel of my favorite Louboutins(a pair of GORGEOUS, black Rolandos, circa 2007) broke, I was CRUSHED. I held out little hope for repair and buried my them in the trunk of my car where they sat for months. Then, a few days ago, I took 5 pairs of pumps that were badly in need for a rubber sole replacement to my go-to shoe repair man at Happy’s. It was then that a memory of my Louboutins jolted my memory a glimmer of hope rushed through my body. I bolted to my trunk, dug up my Rolandos and asked him if they could be salvaged. He took a look and nodded his head. Two hours later, I returned for pick up and examined all 6-pairs of newly shined and restored treasures. «Are you sure they won’t break?» I asked referring to my Rolandos. «If they break, I wouldn’t be in business,» he replied confidently. I paid $ 70($ 8 for each pair of rubber soles I’d replaced, $ 20 for the broken heel, $ 10 for sheer gratitude) and left elated. I’ve since worn my Rolandos 3 times, including a time I was on my feet for 10 hours. LOVE this place!

Took my beloved ebay boots to get fixed after the back zipper tore off. They fixed it pretty well, it’s now very sturdy. I also took a pair of wedge heels that were too big to get the back strap taken in a bit. No change on the wedge heel, but my boots were fixed nicely. Customer Service was good, despite being Korean, that’s always a plus. I don’t really get shoes fixed too often, but I thought it was a bit expensive here. I was charged $ 45 for both. Or is that cheap?
