Green Geeks Hosting Plans

Super shady web hosting company. I would definitely park any websites here. Here’s why:
1) Bait & switch scam — They are advertising monthly sites for $ 3.96 per month. However, after I filled out the payment form and hit pay, the payment did not clear. Green Geeks instead put me on a new screen with payment plans that we’re $ 1-​$ 2 per month more.
2) After I finally got the advertised sales plan, they charged my credit card for 3 years instead of the 1year plan I selected.
3) Although they advertise ²⁴⁄₇ support, I was told that they could not cancel the charge until the morning via their «sales team».
4) Also, they could not activate my website either until the morning.
WHAT KIND OF ²⁴⁄₇ SUPPORT DOES GREEN GEEKS OFFER?
If you want to start your website off on the right foot, skip Green Geeks. They lack integrity and do not deliver as advertised.
