DISH Network Authorized Retailer – Satellite Country

I should of read the reviews first before ordering Dish Network services. It really sucks especially in Adelanto, CA 92 301. Buyers beware and warned… overpriced and the internet services really slow out here. Was promised good reception and «Netflix» but could only watch maybe two movies and the rest is just buffering for a very long time until the new month starts again. Got 21 more months to go and to find out cancellation fees for cable and internet combine to be over $ 700 to terminate early when issues were not solved at the beginning when promised. They prolonged it with broken promises just enough time to pass the two week cancellation without fees. So had to down grade but still got charged extra fees because the last operator didn’t cancel or downgrade the package right. Soon after, a courteous operator did make the changes and credited the difference.
If I could, I would give zero stars for Dish Network and four for the understanding operator. Also, the installation was okay, I could of done a better job hiding the wires (which I fixed after), he bolted the satellite onto my patio rooftop with the bolts showing through, causing water to leak through, and messing with my security camera system. What can I say, not only did the satellite got screwed in wrong… so did I.

Dish network is the most unworthy Co to go to for TV. .OK first of all they lied about everything saying I’d get TV and Internet on 1 bill by bundling so they come out and tell me I have to keep my Internet for 2 days well the 2^nd day the guy tells me it’s outta my hands so call dish customer service what a freaking nightmare but as much as they PISSED me off I held my composure and now waiting for a prepaid lable to send back this trash box and remotes I don’t recommend dish to an enemy they only got 1 star due to me having to leave it to comment. Just say no to dish they did me wrong but only once
