Good Company Senior Care, Inc.

Our family hired Good Company to provide services for our elderly relatives. Initially, Jack (the owner) personally visited their home — even brought flowers! — just to «meet and greet» my relatives. I’m told it was a very pleasant visit. Since then, each member of his staff who has worked with me in coordinating services, or with my relatives directly, has been professional, helpful, and compassionate. I feel they are always looking out for the best interests of our family members. They are always responsive and courteous. They are available ²⁴⁄₇ for support, if their clients need it, which is reassuring for family members who live out of the area and can’t be there if an emergency arises. Jack’s company is perfectly named — they are definitely Good Company!

The office manager is stressed and overworked. I heard about all of her personal issues, her stress at home the fact she is taking care of her sick husband, and the 48 clients she has to take care of. Despite stating they care about your loved ones, they care about your loved ones money. We hired this company to help care for my mother in law, one out of the three care providers is good. The office manager is mean, uncaring and disrespectful. She accused us of being neglectful and when we voiced our concerns about wanting a new caretaker they could not provide one. wow is about all I can say…
