I walked pass this business near closing hours and Sarvin stopped me to show his inventory. I did not like his initial display of rings and explained to him what I was looking for. He quickly found the model I was looking for and said he would make me one. I came in on a Thursday evening and said he would have it made by Saturday morning. I set the order and got the ring I asked for. He made my ring in a day, that’s great customer service and the price he gave me was very reasonable considering how quickly he made the customize ring. He was very patient, polite and helpful. Definitely take a visit if you want good customer service and great ring

After several hours of helping my brother-​in-​law shop for an engagement ring for his girlfriend, everything started to look the same. We met too many pushy salespeople who didn’t listen to what he wanted, or tried to pressure him into spending more. And the rings began to look the same, too — decent quality, but pretty cookie cutter. We wanted to find something beautiful and unique, but we weren’t looking to spend a huge amount of money.
Then, I stopped by Gold Lion and met Sarven. When we told him what we were looking for, he really listened. He showed us a gorgeous ring, unlike any we’d seen, and in our price range! The fiancé-​to-​be liked it, but soon zeroed in on another ring, again, unique to Gold Lion. For the first time that day, he GLOWED with excitement, and began working through the decision, how best to pay, etc. Sarven was SO kind — zero pressure, encouraging him to look at the ring in different lights, examine the stone up close, consider its size on her hand, and overall, provided a really patient and caring experience. He got excited along with us, and even stayed late to give extra time to make the decision. The ring was purchased, and my BiL returned the next day so they could set the stone together.
Long story short (too late!), our experience with Gold Lion (and Sarven) was BEYOND top notch. Now, I really feel like «we have a guy» for all our (and friends’ and family’s) future jewelry purchases. If you’re looking for genuine service, reasonable prices and truly unique pieces, he should be your guy, too.

Sarven was an absolute gent when I was buying a wedding ring for my wife. I went to him with a cursory knowledge of vaguely the type of ring that I/​we wanted and he had several options. He encouraged me to inspect the diamonds and wrote down all the details of the ring when I said that I would go home and think about it. When I returned and bought the ring, he gave me a great price, resized it, gave me a tub of cleaning fluid, a box of chocolates (!) and, very importantly, gave an insurance appraisal. The level of customer care he’s promised me in the future (free cleaning and resizing) was unexpected but very gratefully received. I now have a Los Angeles jeweler that I am very happy with and Sarven has a customer for life.

I have the best experience Sarven was very patience showing every single ring until i found the one. He replaced my diamond of 15 years in front of my husband, that gave me a piece of minded. He replace and sized my ring in 40 minutes and the price was very good for the quality.
