This place has excellent quesadillas. Their spicy salsa is super spicy and their avocado salsa is tasty as well. I’m a vegetarian and I usually get the huitlacoche quesadillas but they also have flor de cabeza. If you are in the area it is well worth the trip.

Yes, it’s a seemingly random truck on a seemingly random street but make no mistake –their quesadillas are AMAZING. Homemade fresh torillas, the best fillings. The truck seems to only be out around lunch time, but skip all the Arts District hipster places and eat here. It’s like crack good.

This Place has the best Quesadillas. I order them extra crispy they are a must try. Stop by if you live or work in the downtown la area. HIDDEN JEM! they also do parties.
