This office sells a teeth whitening offer for 60 dollars, which is non-​refundable. The waiting period is over a month to get an appointment. They don’t tell you any of this.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of concern for patients at this dental office. I had scheduled an appointment and had even arrived 15 minutes early, knowing that there is typically paperwork to be completed. When i arrived, no one was available at the front desk and I stood there for over 10 minutes (I coughed to see if I could get anyone’s attention and even called the office’s phone number to see if anyone might come to the front desk). When someone finally came, the person asked me to wait. Several minutes later, the person came back with a clipboard of paperwork to fill out — no problem. When I completed the paperwork, there was another 20 minutes of waiting, all the while, the reception area was void of any assistance. Someone amazingly emerged to take the paperwork and then disappeared saying it’d only be a few minutes more.
To keep the story short, fast forward the clock to 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment and I had yet to receive any kind of dental care. Annoyed with the incredibly slow «service» and lack of concern, I expressed my extreme disappointment and asked for my paperwork back and left this «establishment.»
I would advise anyone seeking a new dentist to look somewhere else as I am doing.

I went to this dental practice for the first time recently and I was very pleased. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere there is very comforting. They did a great job with my cleaning and x-​rays. They took a lot of time to give me advice on dental hygiene.

Family dentists since I was little. Very nice but my mom said they overcharged insurance and copayments. Not sure if that’s true, but check your bills just in case. Always open to setting up appointments for you based on your availability; flexible appointment times.
