What a horrible experience! I visited the store and bought some ribbon once. The ribbon worked great so I decided to return and buy some more. I asked the woman and showed her the exact roll that I had bought so she found more with the exact same item number, color and size and so I bought a few more. Only to find that the quality was much much lesser once I got home and began using it. It ripped and tore unlike the first ribbon. I really couldnt use it so I went back hoping to find the same ribbon as the first visit. I showed up and the man who works/​owns the store was so rude. First he declared that I had not bought the item there and told me they were out of stock. I asked him to look again and they found it after 20 seconds! I showed him that the quality was different and then he blamed me for not testing it out before buying it! The whole time pointing at the sign that states «all sales final» and that it was all my fault. He declared that I already paid for it so theres nothing he can do. Not only do they not know what items they have in stock they fail to treat their customers with respect or kindness. Do not shop here if you want a quality product or even a kind transaction! There are tons of Trim and Wedding shops right around the corner so go and support them instead! I know I will.

oh im so excited to rate this store, This store sells bridal accessories for wholesale price! I stopped by this store on the way to get crystals for my dress that im making, i saved so much on my wedding. i bought guest books, gloves for all of my bridesmaids and groomsmen, veils, goblets, and more. OH and the most exciting thing of this store was that they engrave goblets for such a cheap price! i bought goblets already so i asked them if they can engrave it on mine but they only engrave on the goblets that they sell, so i returned mine and bought & engraved the goblets that they have. OH and their beautiful crystal tiaras are so cheap. i bought the same tiara that davidz bridal have for 75% less, which was wholesale price. I SAVED SO MUCH ON THAT. THANK GOD and i also brought my worker’s daughter for her sweet 16 party. she loved this place too. this store doesn’t sell dresses yet, the owner said he’ll be selling dresses soon. they have so many cute things that i would want to get married every year: P jk
