Not only really nice people and a nice clean restaurant, the pizza I had was so good. The sauce was great, the perfect amount of acidity. I would go back for sure.

There are plenty of reviews already about the delicious food and the great owner/​chef who takes pride in making it, so I’ll just mention the catering which is, as you’d expect, also fantastic.
I ordered for a party of 20+ people. The food was ready for pick up as arranged… but JUST ready. As in they gave me a couple sample appetizer sandwiches (proscuitto, arugula, mozza) while I waited for them to pack everything up… so it was super fresh and hot. In addition to some dishes from the menu, the chef did a made-​to-​order pasta for us (which was awesome) and incorporated the proscuitto sandwiches mentioned above even though they are not on the menu. That means he went out and did some shopping specifically for my party. I love that.
You can tell that Rudolfo (the chef/​owner) loves making great food that people appreciate. They have a great menu, but he is creative and can do pretty much anything that suits your fancy if you need something specific catered, as long as you discuss it ahead of time and give him a few days advance order.
The cost was VERY reasonable, and made it so worth it that I didn’t have to do any shopping or cooking… and knew it would be delicious. I probably saved money by catering!
All that would be enough, but additionally this is a local, family-​run joint that I love to give my business to. And yes, as someone else has mentioned, it’s a great place to watch soccer.

This place is delicious! I’ve had pizza (sausage and tomato toppings) and several of the pastas, including spaghetti and meatballs, penne bolognese, and the spinach ravioli. Their bolognese meat sauce is very meaty and tomato-​y, which is how I like it. The marinara sauce is also great, nice and herby. The pizza dough is not crunchy, again a plus for me, and the pizza has a lot of sauce on it. I just had the ravioli, stuffed with spinach and ricotta, and it was delicious. Their meatballs are great, whether on the pasta or in a sandwich. Just delicious, delicious, delicious! It’s in a strip mall on La Brea right before La Brea passes through the Kenneth Hahn park. Plenty of parking in the rear. The parking lot may look a little seedy on first glance but it is not at all. I recommend this place.

Just had lunch here with my Mother. She was craving some pasta so we decided to try this hole in the wall restaurant near us, based on the Unilocal reviews.
The place is clean and the service is attentive and friendly.
We had the Caesar Salad and the sausage pasta. Both were very good and fairly priced!
We will definitely return to try the other dishes.

They make a pretty good meatball sandwich and antipasto salad. I haven’t tried the pizza yet, but next time I’m in la I will

Don’t got there! They gave me food poisoning and I was sick for 3 days!!!

I live nearby and honestly it’s the best option for delivery other than Pizza Hut. With that said I’d rather get my pizza or pasta here as it’s made to order not freezer ready (I think). I typically get the Salmon Piccata. It has a slightly bitter taste from the lemon but it’s pretty ok.

They have the best food. I am glad the neighborhood has a great Italian restaurant them at you would never looks twice at had you past it in the street. I always order delivery and very please along with my guests.

Great little place off La Brea and Rodeo! We’ve been twice for take out and both times had great food, and customer service is awesome.
The area isn’t great, but they have parking, and actually a diligent security guard on a golf cart. The place itself does have some TVs to watch a game, but most of the people come in for pick up. The first time I came in, they were really nice, and said they didn’t recognize me. I was a first timer, so they offered to throw in a soup with my meal so I could try one more item. It was fresh, since it took them a couple of minutes to prep it.
I like the pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Not the chunk sausage, but clearly real, cut sausage. Wife likes the lasagna. I also had the sausage sandwich; I’d definitely get that again.
So go in, try it! Great people, great food, and great prices for the quality!

Hands down the best pizza within miles. The service was great! They were friendly and quick. The pizza was hot fresh and super tasty. I’m looking forward to going back to order one of their numerous pasta dishes.

Okay first of all the owner is the sweetest man ever and he does the cooking. The food is good, I’m glad they have healthy options, and the portions are huge. I usually get the chicken marsala with veggies instead of pasta and it usually lasts me for lunch and dinner.
Pizza is good, and the slices are pretty generous. Also everything else in the plaza is pretty gross so I’m glad theres a good quality place with good food.

This joint is good for a night in with a movie or if you don’t feel like cooking. I like their pesto linguine more than anything but their fettuccine Alfredo was tasty.
They made an error on my pizza order once but quickly fixed it. I’ll be going back.

This is the second time I order food from here. The food here is superior to your big chain pizza places, and is affordable.
Today’s order consisted of a pizza to be delivered. I live less than a mile away. I was quoted 30 minutes for the delivery time. The pizza arrived an hour later. Cold. I’m not one to usually send food back but I was looking forward to this pizza for an hour so this was one of the occasion I did. The guy who answered the phone (a girl answered when I ordered and she later delivered my order) was apologetic and without any sort of hesitation, asked if I would like him to send another pizza in 20 minutes tops. I was surprised at how quickly he wanted to fix the issue and make sure I was satisfied. About 20 minutes later, I had a hot pizza at my place. Great customer service and resolution. Hope this place continues to serve this part of town.

Had a late night hankering for some basic Italian food & was I pleasantly surprised to eat one of the best Fettuccine Alfredo I’ve had in a minute. A little hole in the wall place, but was the food quite tasty. It was made to order, the Alfredo sauce was creamy & the grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned. I will definitely be back to have a taste of their pies.

Looks like a family run business with courteous people. Clean environment. Just ordered to go, spaghetti with meatball and chicken marsala. Spaghetti not bad… sauce a little bland but add some cajun pepper gives it spice/​kick… 3 Meatballs were decent & tasty. For chicken marsala, also good. Didnt like the included homemade potatoes chunks, would order all broccoli next time… The included pizza/​bread slices was so-​so. Cold, maybe for me by the time i got home. Overall, reasonable and fulfilling! Enough for lunch tomorrow. ‘Til next time, Thanks!

We come here almost every week, everything we’ve had has been excellent! The pizzas are great, the crust is wonderful… My favorite is the Chicken Marsala, I could eat that every day. I had the Chicken Parmigiana sandwich, yum.
Prices are extremely reasonable, I’m so happy to have such a reasonable, high-​quality restaurant so close!

I want to start this review by saying I am THRILLED to finally have a quality pizza place in my neighborhood that’s not a generic Little Ceasers but still affordable and delivers!!!
I ordered a large half cheese, half veggie no onions or olives. The cheese is delicious. Absolutely loved it. I spent a semester abroad in Bologna and pretty much had pizza every other day for lunch. Could not even look at a Dominos when I came back to the states. And while it may not be the most authentic Italian pizza on this side of the Atlantic, it is by the far the closest I’ve seen in its price range. Crust is thin and slightly crisp, not sure if they use a brick oven but it tastes close to brick oven baked pizza. Flavor is great balance of savory salty
Quality pizza made by people that have actually tasted real Italian pizza in their lifetime. Not some high school kid at your franchise Dominos or Pizza Hut.
My stomach is weirdly sensitive to mushrooms. I really should not have ordered the veggie. Took one bite and had to put it down. I called shortly after it was delivered and they delivered a replacement cheese pizza 30 minutes later free of charge.
Great pizza and great customer service!!! So happy to finally have a quality affordable neighborhood pizza place that delivers. Will definitely be back
