To think I could get an honest cup of white chocolate mocha is apparently wishful thinking. I spent $ 5 on 12 ounce drink. I know, I know. It’s my choice to spend this amount on a drink. So, to relieve myself of the guilt, I asked for my drink to be made with light ice to ensure that I get more product than water. Not only did my drink come back to me 75% full, it came back with tons of ice(half of the cup was ice* see photo). So, essentially, I spent $ 5 on only 6 ounces of fluid. This is pure robbery! If I had the opportunity, I’d state that they do not deserve any stars at all. But I’ll give them only one, and that’s only because the drink tasted good. However, taste/quality doesn’t trump customer satisfaction and customer service. Therefor, despite the good taste, I will not be coming here again.

Their ice coffee isn’t bad, and the mocha ice blended thing was pretty darn good. But damn, their thai tea ice blended and hot mocha were both disgusting. And expensive. Which just compounds how sad it was.

Just a small location on the USC campus but I was happy to find them. They knew their stuff and made a great coffee. The line was long because it is just a nook of a place but the line moved at a very high speed. They did accept my Coffee Bean gift card so they are run just like an independent location. The staff seemed a little dull and it seemed like they may have been tired and ready to go. For such a small location yelling may not be needed to inform customers their drinks being ready. Finally, where you order is the same location you pick up so it makes it hard to share the space. If you have a large purse or backpack, like I do, it can be hard to navigate around such a small space. Still a great spot for a quick pick me up and go beverage.

Rude workers, but great for a quick coffee pick-me-up. I’d rather visit the Coffee Bean at the Cinematic Arts building(those servers are SO nice) or even at Annenberg(the quick stand) but if I’m conveniently here at TCC and the line isn’t full of little elementary school kids that are here for a field trip and that take a million years to place an order(hay gurl, all dose ice blended drinkz), I’ll pick something up. Prices are reasonable, and at least the drinks taste better than majority of Starbucks drinks. I’d prefer Coffee Bean drinks over Starbucks any day, and Starbucks drinks over Coffee Bean’s any day. Basically: suck up the rude service, buy your drink, and stay caffeinated my friends.

To the woman that works the register in the mornings and takes the orders I would like to say… SMILE, ITWON’T KILLYOU! She seriously looks and acts like someone just farted in her face instead or being pleasant and helping start everyone’s day off in a cheery manner. This is one of the slowest and overpriced Coffee Bean locations that you can visit. If it weren’t so convenient to my office I would never go near it.

The staff is rude and inexperienced. Wasted 20mins of my time because of their incompetence. This barista kept denying that the tea in front of me wasn’t mine for 20mins until another person came to resolve the issue.

The ice blendeds are great. The food is always good too The best part of this branch is the staff. All super nice and try to get all of the orders out asap even with the high demand

4 people in front of me. Still took 15 minutes to get my coffee. Would’ve been faster to run home to make myself a drip coffee. Inefficient and slow, and pretty pricey for coffee.

Their coffee is weak, teas are watered down, lines are long, and service is slow and RUDE. I just don’t like too much ice in my teas, and I’d rather get a more watered down tea than just chunks of ice in ¾ of my cup. First time I ordered tea with less ice, they got it wrong, and when I asked again they looked at me like I was an idiot then thew me the dirtiest look ever. Second time, they wanted to CHARGEME50CENTSFORLESSICE. You’ve GOT to be kidding me, pretty sure you just made that up. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 5 min walk to somewhere that’ll actually appreciate your business and get a better bang for your buck.

For some reason I don’t like coffee bean’s coffee… it just doesn’t taste very good. I haven’t tried any of their other offerings though so I won’t write this place off just yet. However, if I was to give Coffee Bean a second chance, I sure wouldn’t choose to do it here. This location in the Campus Center is slowwwww. There is always a long line that forms especially during rush hours, and this unfortunately blocks two of the doors and the flow of people trying to get in and out of the food court –__– sure gets awkward standing there when people are walking in and out. At least you can use dining/discresh here but once again they take forever to give you your order and the table with the milk/sugar/etc is always dirty. I’d skip this place and go to the Coffee Bean in the Cinema school or even Ground zero(at least I would get more coffee for my money)
