I have gone to this clinic several times and this review is long overdue. The staff is very courteous, professional and friendly. Both the M.D. and PA are knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have about your diagnosis. I have recently gone a few times because of a bad case of pneumonia and allergies. I had gone to my GP who hadn’t really taken the time to do a thorough examination before prescribing me medication (which I was allergic to — seems they didn’t read the allergies noted on my chart). Needless to say, I was feeling extremely miserable and although I did my best to fight it, I decided to go and get a second check up. I was seen fairly quickly and given medication that actually started to make me feel better rather quickly. I’m very grateful to everyone there for their help. I’d likely still be sick had I not come here.

I walked in here with my mom and my sister. She needed to be seen really bad by a doctor it was an emergency. We walked in and there was an older lady in the front counter just sitting there guarding the place I suppose. She never once said anything or acknowledged us. Until my mother asked her if there was anyone here to help us. All the lady said was yes. There was a girl walking around the back she saw us but never came up to help. For gods sake it was an emergency thinking we were going to get helped we never did, My mom asked the older lady if they accept insurance the lady said no. So we waited still willing to pay whatever the cost. But my sister really needed to be seen by a doctor but since we never got helped or acknowledged we left to Pasadena Huntington memorial we got helped as soon as we walked in and seen in less then 5 mins. Never coming here again and wouldn’t depend on it. Bad service!

I went to this clinic yesterday because i felt terrible I couldn’t talk or swallow anything for 4 days. I had gone to another doc that just gave me pain mg killers but that wasn’t helping. I couldn’t sleep for days because of the pain. I went in and got checked in fast. The doc saw my throat and immediately noticed that i had an infection (swollen tonsils) that was spreading to my ear. Before i could tell him my symptoms he already knew. He asked for some tests and turned out I was dehydrated because i couldn’t swallow anything and low blood sugar. He immediately gave me treatment to antibiotics and antiinflamatory. Right after he connected me to iv. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I loved that they really seemed to care about my situation & helped me right away. Will return and recommend.

We have been to this clinic twice and I am happy with the care. The wait times are relatively fast and it is very cost-​effective at 20.00 dollars. The 4 star status is for the neighborhood area and the building is old.
